I finally got a computer with the capabilities to download and burn VOD!
So the first thing i did was jump on Rifftrax and download
Galaxy Invader
First off Don Dohler was made for riffing and Alien Factor is my favorite Cinematic Titanic so high hopes on this one. I have to say it didn't disappoint in fact I like it nearly as much as CTs. I was a bit apprehensive because on the Galaxy Invader thread it wasn't given much praise but I loved it. Nice blend of horrible movie and great riffing. Dont get me wrong they didnt knock it out of the park but I have yet to see either group hit a towering home run since MST3k. Still i found it very entertaining. Next up Crater Lake Monster.

Finally got to see Birdemic.

I kind of went through a few stages through this movie. Complete disbelief overwhelmed me at first because of the whole sound thing going on when people would talk, as well as the bad acting.

Then there was uncontrollable laughter as the movie and riffs got funnier.
Then it was impatience waiting for some damn birds. lol
My moment of "SHOCK AND TERROR" came at the point when Ramsey was wondering where his girlfriend was and our "hero" tells him "She's taking a s###."

Perfect 10 out of 10 with trax playing.

On a final note "Sullpalls"

Captain America
One of their worst. I laughed maybe twice?

Ghost House
While the big budget movies have been fair to bad, the VOD releases have been solid (ala Buffalo Rider and the Sons of Herc). House is another goodie, made better due to the horrid flick (which is funny on its own)

Sherlock Holmes
Matthew J. Elliott. Not his best but not bad. He does pun a lot. And keeps zeroing in genitalia. But there's some decent quips to be had to balance it out.

Well I tried...I tried to watch all three Twilight movies in one sitting, but by the one hour mark on Eclipse, I folded...I just couldn't go on. I was having fits of hysterical laughter that I'm glad my wife didn't hear as she was downstairs fast asleep. Trouble is, I found I was no longer laughing at the riffs, as funny as they were (mad props to MKB in their finest series of Rifftrax). Rather I was in stitches over the ever-increasing ineptitude of the dialogue, the shirtless hunky werewolves gaying it up while other photogenic vampires (the irony being that real vampires don't actually show up in photos, but then the author obviously pulled most of her knowledge of that whole mythology clean out of her aa-)as those vampires play baseball? I laughed my ass off, not as one finding frivolous hilarity, but as one nervously staring into the deep yawning meaningless chasm, and beginning to wonder what point there is in anything. So I had to turn it off. But again, I do recommend this series of Rifftrax, and I also gained even more respect for MKB, how they staved off despair and delivered the quips even as this movie sucked every ounce of joy from the world around them.

Agree. I actually re-watched this over the weekend (one of the few Rifftrax I've watched more than once), and I have to say this installment may be the "Manos" of Rifftrax.

Ghost House

Wow, this is one stinker of a movie. I watched the riff with my Meetup group, and when it was over we tried to figure out the story, to no avail. But the film's awfulness made for some excellent riffing. Mike and the guys did a great job. Very funny stuff. I'll probably have nightmares from that damn clown doll, but it'll be worth it.

I watched two over the weekend Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace and Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones I haven't seen them for a while and I must say I love both of them. I like Episode 2 a little more maybe because of Chad Vader or that I absolutely loath that movie(even more then the first one) and it felt good Mike and Kevin ripping in to it.

Ghost House

My sides are split from laughing. Hilarious trax of a hideous movie. Recommended!

Watched The Crater Lake Monster. Riffing was hilarious, as was the "monster". Got to love those really bad 70's movies.

I too watched all of the Twilight Rifftrax, but not all in one sitting. I could not bring myself to. Anyway, brilliant stuff. I am hesitant to get the Breaking Dawn trax because I am hesitant to watch the movie in general. After reading the book, I cannot help but be embarrassed for everyone involved in adapting it to the point where I can't watch the movie. Also, I'm afraid I'm going to be disappointed since the bar was set so high.

Breaking Dawn is a pretty big dip, but it has quite a few quality moments in it. Bill's excitement of seeing TWO SECONDS OF FOOTBALL still makes me laugh.

^ That's sad, especially since the movie seems to make it so easy. I guess they made it too easy. I'll still check it out, though. I do want to at least say I saw the movie so I can have justified hatred, but I can't do it without MKB.

I also just saw Birdemic. Wow. Saying this was a horrible movie would be an insult to movies which can achieve being called merely horrible. I think new adjectives will need to be invented for this tripe. I have to say a good chunk of my laughter during that track was at the movie itself. The riffing was fantastic, though. It looks like we'll be seeing more of it too since I saw a sequel is coming, at least according to IMDB (which doesn't mean a whole lot, but whatever).

Frankenstein Island WOW This is a glorious mass of jumbled bumbling film making that is so entertainingly bad that I'm surprised MST3K only visited Jerry Warren once! I am oh so glad Rifftrax stop for a visit. This may be my favorite Rifftrax to date! Love it!

Frankenstein's Island is one of those movies made for riffing. Like Tom Servo at the end of "Being from Another Planet" I was going through the long list of movies watched in MST3k's long history, comparing to this dog and thinking, no this is worse, no this is much worse, ooooooh worse! Hoo hooooo worse!

Mike, Kevin and Bill were really brave to take this on. Some slow parts as well as a few jokes that have run their course (such as "more this, than a movie with this in the title"), but the "climactic" scene especially left me in stitches. Well done all around. I'd probably put this in my top ten Rifftrax.
