When I transfer stuff from word, and then modify a post, I get all these question marks instead of apostrophes etc.
I don't know if everyone is seeing this. But here's an example so you can see it. When I posted this (at the movie forum) it was fine, but when I modified it, the ? showed up...
I?ve quoted the word?s ?Wise Willy wasn?t so wise?

I'm am curious if the default character encoding type was changed on the board and if there's anything that can be done to fix it?
Thanks.
(I ask because I was going to modify something in my film decade thread. And that's all transfered from Word -and long- so I didn't want to risk it)

Not sure, but it has happenned to me several times over the years, so I'm not certain if it's anything new.
Maybe someone else has a more definitive answer.
