I love rye bread, actually, especially dill rye. Something about just the smell of it when I open the loaf often makes me eat a whole piece plain before I even start making the actual sandwich. It's also good toasted with butter, believe it or not. One of my all-time favourite cold lunchtime sandwiches is the traditional pastrami on rye. With hot (brown) mustard, spicy or kosher dill pickle, and cheddar cheese. No, I wasn't raised near a New York deli or anything like that...I just happen to like that anyway.
And, unlike many other foods I like, rye bread is actually good for you! Well, it's a whole grain anyway...
But I realise I'm making way too much sense for Sloane, so I'll shut up now. :P

What's with the rye sense of humor here? It's because I was pining for Return To Zork. That started this madness. It was like opening a Pundora's Box.

What's with the rye sense of humor here? That's wry. I hope you're proud of yourself. You let your country down and tarnished my golden idol of British literacy forever! I'm so upset! WHERE IS MY BLYTHE? I'm having a trauma!

How about some Ry Cooder? In 1972, I saw Ry Cooder open for Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band. It was his studio band, and they kicked some serious butt. But to get back on topic, I'll take my rye with ginger ale. Cheers, Affy!!
