According to MST3Kinfo.com, Mike will be adding some of his most likely hilarious commentary to a new release of Reefer Madness due for release on April 20. He will also be doing commentary for other DVD's. More info as it comes.

Yeah, I saw that great news at DVDFile.com (below). An excellent idea, I'm glad that someone finally put this together. www.dvdfile.com/software/dvd-video/archive/2003/12_17.htmlAnd if all of this camp isn't already enough for you, on April 20th Fox will also release the "incendiary" and "controversial" laugh riot Reefer Madness. Long in the public domain, this remastered reissue boasts both the original black and white and newly colorized versions, both in 1.33:1 full screen, plus restored Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 tracks (really, no joke!), plus audio commentaries by Mike Nelson of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" and the Legend Films Color design team (on the colorized version only), and the rare short film "Grandpra's Marijuana Handbook." Retail will be a mere $14.95 for this epic release.

That is very cool. Who better to add commentary to such movies. That's definately going on the "must buy" list.
Thanks for the info guys. Much appreciated news.

Awesome, I hadn't heard about this yet.
I already have Reefer Madness on DVD but I will have to get this when it comes out. Though I'm sure Mike's commentary will be great, I hope he not doing it completely alone, riffing is always better with company.

Mr. Mike Nelson shall do that for us.

I never saw Reefer Madness yet but I've heard from many that it is one of those films that falls under the title of so bad its good. I might look into this just for the Mike Nelson commentary alone ;D

I wonder if they're going to let him sit in a little theater seat, like in the Ghostbusters comentary.

Mike, Kevin, and Bill mentioned this at the SF Comedy Sketchfest last Sunday. They also mentioned commentary to 3 Stooges shorts.
Although they mentioned more DVD releases this year (confirmed a couple of days ago) they were not forthcoming on titles. Which leads me to be VERY hopeful that we'll see something very cool.

Frankly, i'm very suprised that they are still involved with the show. Not that i'm dis-satisfied or anything, i'm just blown away that they would still be involved with the show FIVE years after it was cancelled. Rock on, Brains!
