Godzilla VS the Smog Monster is my least favorite. Of course, I haven't seen it in years and I may change my mind and love it these days. Ah the beauty of cheesy movies!

I never got into Godzilla too, because all the films are essentialy the same.

Godzilla VS the Smog Monster is my least favorite. Of course, I haven't seen it in years and I may change my mind and love it these days. Ah the beauty of cheesy movies! I have a friend who thinks that's the worst movie ever made (we all watched in speech video then we watched America Godzilla). I told him it wasn't even the worst Godzilla movie ever, he didn't believer me. Most other people haven't even scratched the bad movie surface. Most of them are pictures that are long and therefore considered dull. One person for instance thinks the 'Sound of Music' is the worst. Thank God for this message board, I may go insane otherwise.

I agree, but have you even seen Godzilla 2000!? Yes I have, and I consider it one of the green giant's best.

I would say anything with Minya (save for Destroy All Monsters).

Gotta be "Godzilla's Revenge". You know -the one where the little kid who lives in the industrial part of Tokyo and who's loving and caring father works on the railroad " all the live long day" , has to fantasize about flying to Monster Island to escape the humiliating perscecution of his taunting classmates.Minya(I always called him "Gozuki") makes an appearance in this one.Including bank robbers;used car salesmen;twisted , lonely neighbors. Don't forget-you too can celebrate the "Giant Whale Lizard"with the traditional Sci-Fi channel "GodzillaFest" Monday. And while your at it-somebody tell me-are big ears a sexy oriental female trait? Check out Migume Odaka's--whoa!

I have to say that probably the most painful Godzilla movie is "Godzilla's Revenge" but the worst technically is "Godzilla vs. Monster Zero"

Godzilla's Revenge, with it's boatloads of stock footage, is PURE, UNADULTURATED PAIN!
Godzilla vs Megalon is at least fun to laugh at.
The american Godzilla film... Well, let's just say the acronym GINO fits it well. Godzilla In Name Only. That movie sucked like a Hoover.
