For all the people worrying about a 10-day turnaround... I think that's for people who're going to drag their feet on ordering while EZTakes grows a backlog. For those of us who ordered at midnight (or those of us that pulled out some geek Ju-Jitsu before midnight) we'll probably get them faster. I'm so giddy!

4 out of 5 people apparently prefer to wait for snail-mail and spend more money then make the exact same thing at home in a couple of hours..... Well, I want something perminant, like the actual DVD, instead of something digital that will vanish when and if my computer goes TU. Besides, I buy no digital music or movies of any kind and have no inclination of doing so, I have only dial-up, and I'm not going to waste my money on the hardware to do so for something I'm patient enough to have mailed. ^ Ditto.

I dunno, but I really love the idea that they are going to be doing segments in silhouette like that. (Although I guess that means no regular host segments where we actually get to see the cast outside of shadow form?) Where'd you figure no host-segments ? I doubt they'd design & show us a Time-Tube that we'd never see ! We've only seen a minute , I'd say there'a a little more to fill in yet ! Alright, good point. Maybe they'll book-end it with regular host-segments? At any rate, the paused bit with Frank doing a segment looks to be absolutely hilarious, and I hope that there are more like it. :-)

One more thing: Look at the actual DVD on CT... Notice the copyright is attributed to none other than Visual Story Tools. As for the EZTakes download service... One benefit I can see is that if I have the download version, I can burn a DVD and should I scratch it beyond recognition at some point, I can always burn another copy for free. I'm really considering it for that reason after I get a good look at the production quality of the DVD and case, etc.

I think "stiffy pop" may be the riff to beat. I'm going with "If you could see the look on what's left of your face..."

“If you could see the look on what’s left of your face – priceless!”
I just ordered! It’s a damn shame that they couldn’t get the download thing going for this episode, hopefully that’ll be sorted out for future releases. Still, I’m happy to wait a couple weeks to hear the gang riffing together again!

CineTit has been ordered. Sixteen bucks less I have. Two weeks to have the Tit of Cine? Wonderful. I think I'm going to have some cheesy veggies to celebrate!

As deeply astounding as it is to hear Joel & Trace both in there ( not quite real yet ) I'm real excited by the prospect of Frank as a "Full-time Riffer"
well, all 5 truly !

Although it takes three of them to replace Kevin Murphy. ;-) Ok, I kid, but it's really great hearing Joel and Trace together and kinda miss hearing Kevin too.

Trailer looks good. Frank's "single take" riff was the only one that really made me laugh, followed by the cringeworthy/brilliant "stiffy pop" line. Still, there are a lot of riffs that made me smile, and most of them were very reminiscent of seasons three and four of MST. (Admittedly, those seasons aren't my favorites, but they're still a comfy, nostalgic place.) And they kept Frank and Trace on the same side! ;D CineTit has been ordered. Sixteen bucks less I have. Two weeks to have the Tit of Cine? Wonderful. I think I'm going to have some cheesy veggies to celebrate! Yes! Someone else is using my CineTit abbreviation! Victory!

Everything looks great except that I hope there's host segments or something. I want to see their faces, no matter how wrinkly and horrifying they may have become over the years.
Actually, Josh looks much better now then he did when he was 18... and Mary Jo looks absolutely beautiful. It must be the Minnesota water or something, they're looking better as they get older!
