I admit that I skimmed the original post and got it wrong. Which movie do I want to wreak vengeance on is a different question than which is my favorite ep. Thus, I answered wrong, and I have compromised what was until now a perfectly scientific poll. My bad.

So much confusion over something so pointless. Excellent. For the record, the vote is for the episode you think is better.

The better episode? Despite the Henry Rollins reference and the fact that Bix Dugan has a cameo appearance in Revenge of the Creature, I voted for Angel's Revenge. It's plot? Drugs are bad- so lets murder lots of people that are supposedly involved with distributing them. Better yet? Crow points out the obvious "clear the nasal passages / tongue over teeth" move by the undercover cop chick. Irony indeed.

Does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, does not, infinity. But this thread reminds me of a very odd scene in Angel's Revenge. The one with Arthur Godfrey. You know, where he's relentlessly hitting on the disco chick. Now I suppose he was meant to be some kind of low rent Frank Sinatra show biz type of guy who had the hotel suite that everybody partied at, but Arthur Godfrey? As I remember it he keeps asking her to come to his room and she keeps saying no, that she has to get up early and he just keeps hittin' on her. I guess he was hoping she'd shine his love. Now did they intend for Arthur Godfrey to come across as a lecherous old coot? When he saw the script did he think "Oh good, they're making me look like a lecherous old coot"? Even I, as a lecherous old coot find this scene creepy.

Angels Revenge is a great episode and literally has everything: Jack Palance, Pat Buttram, Jim Backus, and Alan Hale Jr. What a cast! Revenge of the Creature was such a transitional episode and, despite the good riffing, was a bit of a mess.

Revenge of the Creature was such a transitional episode If by transitional you mean the type of hilarious episode featuring a '50s B&W sci fi movie that put the show on the map then yes, it was transitional. Hey, I'm just an MST traditionalist.
