I'm glad mrmeadows topped this, as I kinda feel like pointing out how different I am.
I had to vote 80-100% MST3K, because the only RiffTrax and CT I have seen so far are the trailers on Youtube. I feel like the last MSTie on the planet who hasn't gotten into to either of them yet.
I am actually strongly considering purchasing a Cinematic Titanic episode or two as the trailers have me on the floor, plus it has just about my favorite MST3K actor ever in Trace.
RiffTrax...I just don't know. The trailers make me chuckle but only a bit. I am of the opinion that good movies can be riffed on, but I just don't think their selections are the best and that Mike and Co. can sustain high level riffifng on full-length movies. MJ and some others have also stated as much.

I bought all the Film Crew releases and, so far, all of the Cinematic Titanic ones. But, even with both combined, I still watched a lot more old MST3K episodes this past year than I did new stuff.
So, it's about 80% MST3K, 20% Cinematic Titanic, and 0% Rifftrax because I don't like all the hassle I have to through to watch them. Downloading them thru my crappy modem connection, renting the film, synching the two up, etc.

For me, MST3K reigns supreme. I have seen and own every single episode and special there is and I still watch them occasionally from time to time.
I have the first four Cinematic Titanic DVDs and I must say they're great. Definitely was worth the investment to hear the old cast back on the job. I know that most prefer Rifftrax that because of its format, it has unlimited options on movies, but CT's brand of humor just clicks with me better.
From Rifftrax I have all the shorts and a couple of trax for some of the movies I own or could find. Some of the shorts, like Buying Food and Good Health/Eating Habits are classics and my favorite so far is Plan 9 from Outer Space, but whenever I took a chance on some of the recent titles, it ranged from average to bitter disappointment. A shame, since I was really excited about some of the movies they've done so far.

If I may, I would suggest "Legacy of Blood" as your first CT purchase if you decide to make the leap. Just know that the movie is god-awful wretched (almost MANOS-like in its sordidness), but that the riffing is rock-solid. Trace and Josh kill in this one. So far, it's the only CT release I've watched more than once, because it's the only one that comes close to capturing the same vibe as a classic MST3K episode. It also feels less stiff and "scripted" than some of the earlier CT offerings. It's like they finally started to settle into a groove with this one.
