I have just a couple questions about these two requirements for the Iriffs.
Readme Text file (should contain timecode and names of chapters, as well as timecode for sync lines)
Video sample - a link to a YouTube video for your sample is preferred, otherwise an FLV-encoded video at 320 x 240 is acceptable. It should be no longer than a minute or two.
Does the Readme file have to have the timecode for every joke? if not than what do they mean by sync lines?
Also, how do you convert an avi or an MPEG to a FLV-encoded video?
Thank you.

Does the Readme file have to have the timecode for every joke? if not than what do they mean by sync lines? So you have never bought or used a RiffTrax mp3? It might be easier to buy a RiffTrax and look at their readme and mp3 to see how it is done rather than have it explained in a forum post. As far as a FLV enocder I suggest RIVA Flv Encoder. It is fast has lots of options and does a great job.

Yeah, that's a good idea. I just learned about iriffs and got so gung ho about doing my own that I haven't gotten around to downloading any yet. But I'm very curious about it. I wonder if there are any as good as Mike and co. Also, thanks for the tip about Flash video.
