War of the Insects
This movie was a hoot. The guys are right on track with the riffs. I got a good laugh when Mary Jo blows her line and Josh comments "Well they can't all be sentences." Kinda funny how they portrayed American soilders in this movie. I was waiting for a riff about why the general would be wearing normal shoes with "high water" pants instead of boots, but oh well. lol
A couple of interesting (at least to me) facts about this movie. It was dubbed by many of the same actors from the early Gamera movies. It was also released by Shochiku, a small studio in Japan that released the Monster X (Guilala) movies. Finally if the music sounds awfully like the score from Gamera vs. Guiron then it should because Shunsuke Kikutchi provides the musical score for this film as well.

War of the Insects Brilliant, laugh my butt off from start to finish. The guy who was scared of bugs was a larf, plus there's Japanese Hitler! Lots of racial jokes (I wonder if they will offend anyone?) I had a good time, gotta watch it again soon. Edit: Watched it again, laugh like a goon and added a full review... War of the Insects

Just finished watching "War Of The Insects". Had me laughing throughout. I really loved the "Tom Servo" joke, and Mary Jo's "Oh, genocide was his sled" had me falling out of my chair.

War if the insects is quite classy Indeed. and CT makes it even better. I was suprised that there were no riffs about the Office-- as one of the pilots is a dead ringer for Stanley. I am just happy for new CT!

I watched Rattlers again - it's got a lot of funny, but I think they dropped the ball in a few spots (the guy reading Playboy in the hospital. I felt they could have done more with that)
And War of the Insects - this is a classic, probably in my top 3. It leaves Rattlers in the dust IMHO.

Rattlers- Much like Indiana Jones, I hate snakes so I was a little leery about seeing this one. My God though, it is awesome, I loved the riffing on the herpetologist and the drunken army doctor The pointless side trip to Las Vegas was hilariously riffed as well.
The Alien Factor- Wow, what a horrendous film. The Titans riff it beautifully, though, hammering away at the lame acting, the miniscule budget, and stupid plot.

blood of the vampires
included it in my halloween mst3k lineup. this one is never my first choice, though the riffing is good. it's just the movie itself - it puts me to sleep every time. or maybe it's some kind of defense mechanism that kicks in every time i see those servants in black face.

east meets watts
popped this one in after blood of the vampires - it's one of my favorites. although, i do find the second half drags just a little - at least to me. but overall i'd say it's my #1 or #2 in CT's.
daaaaamn right!

Blood of the Vampires
That was one strange Philippine movie. What's with the people in blackface, I mean wow. Dull movie but the riffing was quite good, laughed out loud more than a few times.

Santa Claus Conquers the Martians
I watch it only once a year but every time I'm liking it more. Fantastic riffing, on par with the MST version. A fine holiday treat!
