These are the bandwagon fans who suddenly jumped aboard when the Pats started to do really well...*those* Patriot fans I'm not terribly fond of. I don't like them either, they're no different from the pink hat Red Sox fans. I've been with Pats for almost 20 years, the Red Sox over 20 years, these fans are like the bandwagon Cowboy fans in the 90's. That said, I still immensely enjoyed the beat down of the Jets. I hope they meet in the playoffs and both teams show up this time. I also agree with contino, the Bills aren't as bad as they seem. They're not good, but they seem to play hard. They also have some excellent fans as I learned at the Ralph several years ago, even though the Pats won. For the record though, I don't see major improvement for the Bills until they find consistency, both in coach and QB.

I'll get interested in teams like the Saints last year. I thought that was a good story and they were a fun team to root for in the SB, though I wouldn't consider myself a Saint fan (or hater). I'll also like certain players. Like the Parcells Giants with Simms, LT, Little Joe and Bavaro, though I'm not a Giants fan. I don't wear the geer (hats, unis) or call myself a fan but, I dunno, is that bandwagoning? For me it's the Packers at the top - then my old hometown Titans and Hawks. I've always had an affection for the Jets and I'll be there for my brother (Vikings) and sister's (Lions) teams. So I have a few I cheer for. Unfortunately my most hated teams seem to hold the most titles (Cowboys, 49ers, Steelers).

Well...The "Browns" are dead with that loss over Buffalo.
And you can forget the next three games. If they win in Pittsburgh and Baltimore and Cincinnati...they'll be 8-8, so they'll be mediocre at best, but they'll be 6-10 and have Mangini on the Unemployment Line!
The "Browns" use coaches like Toilet Paper...well that's what you get when your team is named the "Browns"!

Well the streak is over. Congrats Brett, it was a hell of a run. I know the NFL doesn't include them in the record, but including playoffs and Superbowls, that was 321 consecuative games he started (297 officially) .

Under Mangini...The "Browns" were 10-22, 5-11 in BOTH Seasons! Send The "Browns" to the Super Bowl with another "Tissue" Coach with it! The "Browns" HAVE to get Cowher and players...or move to St.Louis as The Rams return to L.A., and The Browns can keep the name too!

You know, if you want to get technical....The Browns *have* won a Superbowl.....albeit they were known as The Ravens then...

As a long suffering Eagles fan I hate to say that I think Green Bay looks well positioned to win tomorrow. Aaron Rodgers vs. the depleted Eagles secondary scares me as does the fact that Michael Vick has looked very mortal in his last few games.

Seahawks I hardly know ye. And I like ye better this way.
Up 31-20 at the start of the 3rd. Wow. That'd be something if they could take out the champs after embarrassing their way into the postseason at 7-9.

In week 1, he almost brought them back to win that game.

I really enjoyed this afternoon's game. Watching the 7-9 Seahawks beat the champs was a nice "Up yours!" to all of the whining writers and talking heads who wanted to re-seed and reorganize the system.
THIS is what makes playoffs exciting. Like when a 15 beats a 2 in March Madness.

I enjoyed the Jets beating the Colts with that last second field goal. Just about all of my anti-Jets friends, who were harping about how the Colts were gonna massacre the Jets, didn't have a darn thing to say to me when I brought up that the Jets in fact won.

I'm still just sort of generally confused that the Bears are not only IN the playoffs, but have a bye week.
Aren't these the same guys whose offensive line set sack records and who only beat the Lions on a technicality?
