Pop Poppins was a Dallas band in the early 90's that kinda defined my last year of high school and first year of college. I saw them a few times, and they were so...90's. But there's still something about them I find listenable, if both dated and kinda pretentious and simplistic.
Still, they would have been a great one-hit wonder. One of these two seem like they would have been just perfect for 1993.

This is up for some competition as the songs official video. It's not spectacular, but was done by a local guy, shot in my town. And that's the comic book shop I go to. I sure hope she isn't throwing around stuff from my holds file. Cool song.

this is one of my favorite videos - i love the song by the killers and it's put together just so beautifully. my favorite parts are from the nicholas brothers and al minns and leon james - their talent was just incredible. i think it originally got sent to me because that quick clip of chaplin, which i much appreciated, but the whole thing is just freaking awesome.

i kinda buy pop poppins. strong root sound, they should have dialed back the multitracking on the guitars and vocals and got that singer to belt it out a little more, it woulda been perfect.

The "Time", "Secret Messages" and "Balance of Power" albums were, to me, much, much better than the previous "Discovery" and "Xanadu" albums.

I mean, drummers really amaze me. The whole song is impressive, but checkout the 3:00 mark.
