Quick tidbit: A call for extras to play paparazzi in this upcoming music video went out earlier this week. They were looking for males in the LA area with their own professional camera equipment. Since I fit the bill, I figured what the hey, and applied. . .and I made the cut! Look for me somewhere in the "Perform This Way" video when it comes out. (I'll probably be in a crowd of a dozen people and on-screen for about half a second...but bite me, it's fun!)

I'm guessing NOT living in the LA area and NOT owning my own professional camera equipment was what did me in. As it turns out, my being male simply was not enough.

I love Weird Al! I've been a fan of his since 1992 when classmates brought his cassette tapes to school and we'd listen to his music in between school work. Years later I started buying his CDs.
I've always been a fan of his for so long and finally after all these years saw him live in Riverside early in June and I loved the experience. He's one cool guy.
I really enjoy his new Lady Gaga parody along with the Polka Face song as well. I'm glad things worked out for him and he was able to release the song on his new album.
