Yeah, that was a question I had for you. I was going to do a similar list awhile back, but was keeping it limited to "physical" changes in the "shadowrama lineup". IE: Servo, Joel/Mike, Crow. Additions(Another in theater), substitutions (Puppet Mike), "flips" (Wild Horses). I kinda figured you were looking for the same. N'est-ce pas? Yeah, I was mainly interested in the "Major Changes" (i.e. Affy's Ward E list of different characters in the theater), but it would also be nice to have a list of anything and everything different and unique that ever went on in there, since variations from the norm are (or at least seem to be) so rare.

Great, then we'll just keep adding to it.

In "The Sword and the Dragon", doesn't Mike briefly enter the theater still wearing Ralphie's bunny ears?

In "The Sword and the Dragon", doesn't Mike briefly enter the theater still wearing Ralphie's bunny ears? You are correct, sir.

There was a couple, I forget which, where Crow loses the top of his head.

Let us not forget three classics, if we're discussing silliness in the shadorama/theater: - Mike 'running' in front of a Maltese car in "Final Justice" (I guess he wanted to Go 'Head On in front of it). - Mike taking out a pool cue and making a shot in "Girl in Gold Boots". - And if I'm not mistaken - doesn't Crow show up in the theater still wearing his Bellarian hair in "Space Mutiny"? That one leads to an interesting question - Crow asks him how long he's been holding on to that sight gag, and Mike responds "Oh, not long. Like, 8 years.." But this was season 8, yes? Hadn't Mike only been on the SOL for just three years at this point? Silly human. Gare

901 - The Projected Man: The bots drag dead Mike into the theater, and he stays that way (for a couple minutes, at least).

...I think it's HIGH SCHOOL BIG SHOT that has the giant, dumb Servo riffing for a few moments. There's another episode (RIDING WITH DEATH, maybe?) that has Servo as a Toaster Strudel (brilliant!) riffing on a portion of the film. That would be Devil Doll, where Servo is turned into a toaster strudel after Crow makes a deal with a devil (not The Devil, as Crow stresses). There's a great bit during one of the Commando Cody shorts in Season 1: during the fight scene in the mechanic's garage, Joel jumps up with big cutout captions reading POW! OOF! BIFF! like on the old Batman show. Joel does a similar bit during Project: Moonbase; when Hayden Rourke is giving his long, torturous explanation of orbital mechanics to Miss Largebarge, Joel holds up big sheets of poster board as if they were cue cards. Also, this may not qualify as part of a theater segment, but there's a point in Fire Maidens Of Outer Space during the sacrificial liturgical dance scene where the Creature shows up; there's a shot looking through a doorway into the room where the sacrifice is happening, and the Creature is silhouetted by the light of the fire as he enters, and there's a point where it looks as if he's walking from the front of the theater into the movie. Check it out at around 01:22:15...

If we're doing interactions with the movie, I liked Joel "running" at the beginning of Warrior of the Lost World when the camera was subjective ground level from the front of the super duper dippy motorcycle who outacted our protagonist.
I also liked the moment in It Lives By Night where a bat was held up with its wings open in front of the camera in an attempt to poorly simulate "flying", and Mike "punches" it as if it were being restrained for a mob-type beating.

GODZILLA VS. MEGALON - During the ending credits, Joel does a forced perspective gag in which he walks towards & away from Cambot to make his silhouette simulate growing & shrinking.
ROBOT HOLOCAUST - During either the beginning or end credits. Joel pulls in his arms & squats a bit in his seat and says "I'm a turtle". Very weird effect.

Servo's head exploding in Fugitive Alien (2?) has to count for something.
