Gee, that isn't conspicuous at all.
Those pictures look an awful lot like someone being prepared for execution. Too spooky for me.

I get mostly movies and books (and a few clothes) for Christmas, so I can never tell what my best present is until I've watched, read, and wore everything... and considering there's plenty of books on the shelf unread and plenty of DVDs and Blu-Rays unwatched, it may take years to find out what my best gifts were for those particular years.
I do like the knit cap I got.

My favorite was the bluetooth speaker that means I can now blast my Lionel Richie music everywhere in the house. My MST related gifts included this shirt and this awesome print.

You've listed some great gifts, guys! The best present I got this year was the gift of time. My wife and I have the better part of two weeks off from the office. Has been a good chance to unwind, do some writing, read, watch dvds, etc.

that's cool, shep. that's something you won't have to return. i got a lot of books. some as gifts, but most were ones my parents had already read that they passed along to me. not sure about all of the titles as of yet, but i am totally into drood, by dan simmons at the moment, from my dad. the most unique gift i got was a jewelry box from my cousin. she picked it up at a junk store, cleaned it up and painted it and it's beautiful now.

I live a lonely and sheltered life. Christmas was like any other day this year. No snow, no tree, no presents, no Christmas sex.
