I wouldn't put up with him existing in the first place.
Wasn't it a lucky break for Dr. Neil Connery that he just happened to have the hypnosis and lip-reading and archery skills he needed to defeat Alpha?

Tom took over the garage, and the garage prospered, the couple suffered a temporary setback when self-service stations popped up, but Tom opened a repair/customization shop specializing in classic American cars and that garage prospered as well. Roxy got degrees Anthropology and History and taught at the local high school. Roxy joined Tom's band and it became a bit of a local legend playing at bars and town festivals. The couple had twins a boy and a a girl, the boy studied Military History and taught at the Air Force Academy, the girl got a law degree specializing in real estate and opened her office in the town where Tom and Roxy live.

Depends on how many names she gives to the police. There might not be any of them left to start new. However, if she gets a reduced sentence she'll probably have to go into the Witness Protection Program. Don't know if she'd be able to deal with needing a less flashy wardrobe and perhaps voice lessons to be inconspicuous. Eventually she'd probably try to start a new racket herself and the trouble would start all over again.

They first plotted to get revenge on their Earth owners via military force, but eventually settled down on the moon, when Apollo 11 landed on the moon they sent an emissary to stow away on board and contact a composer on Earth named Andrew Lloyd Webber and give him an idea for a broadway show. The rest of the cats made it home on the other moon landings and with their cut from the profits of Cats, they live comfortably in the Upper Midwest of the United States.

One of two possibilities: Upon hearing the news the government officials wash their hands of Col, Brettis and Bill thius abandoning them and causing the couple to raise their child(ren) with an intense dislike of Earthlings and with their combined military knowledge they build a super weapon to get revenge. Or they contact Earth and the couple takes the next flight back, taking a leave of absence until their child(ren) is/are old enough to make the journey safely.

It became an arcade and eventually morphed into a Chuck E. Cheese. It later had to shut down because of a real rat problem, which was discovered by Critter in his new job as an exterminator. He sells a few more songs as his side job and uses the extra money to buy the property and gives it to Michelle so she can open a dance studio. It almost goes out of business after only two weeks but then she hits it big after it is discovered she has a real talent for teaching toddlers how to dance.

They have a few kids, with one of their girls inheriting Jessica's powers. Hank and Linda get past the insults she said to him while under the influence of the evil head. They get married and move to an artist's colony near Berkeley. He develops a bit of a drinking problem and they have a brief separation, but they reconcile when an abstract nude he paints of her while he's drunk sells for big money. Flavia and the archeologist have a relationship and he moves to a cabin on the ranch to look for other artifacts. They don't get married but they do have the occasional booty call. Flavia also hires a couple more ranch hands and she is able to keep the ranch going.
