I've been guessing Rocketship X-M and Stranded in Space for what seems like an eternity now, and but now they are the earliest likely episodes on Travis's list. Which to choose, which to choose...
I'm going to go with: Rocketship X-M The Incredible Melting Man Agent for HARM Track of the Moon Beast

My guess:
305-Stranded in Space 502-Hercules 705-Escape 2000 815-Agent for H.A.R.M.
I'm a little surprised we didn't get a new opening in the major studio gauntlet. But it's good to see episode 912 finally got approved for release.

They seem to be having good luck with the other Kit Parker titles, so I'm predicting Radar Secret Service for the next set too.

201-Rocketship-XM 520-Radar Secret Service 614-San Francisco International 814-Riding With Death
1 Joel, 3 Mike. Very few easy Joel episodes left. 2 color, 2 B&W. 3 CC, 1 Sci-fi. Using 2 Universal movies, assuming preference to get out episodes with big company's films before the deal expires. Also creates mild theme with 2 TV movies.

I'll go with:
201-Rocketship X-M - The first episode I saw all the way through
502-Hercules - Gotta get all the Hercs sooner or later
807-Horror of Party Beach - Despite the high sodium content
913-Quest of the Delta Knights - Hey, I like it

I'm think that this set will be a 1 Joel 3 Mike set with 2 episodes from Comedy Central , and another 2 from Sci-Fi
201-Rocketship X-M 602-Invasion U.S.A 814-Riding With Death 1007-Track of the Moonbeast
Still, anything is up for grabs here, and I think that Shout is currently more focused on releasing sets with big studio movies over sets with PD ones.

Alright, I want in on this...
201-Rocketship X-M (I'm feeling this one!) 502-Hercules (With a new Hercules movie in theaters now, how can Shout! resist on cashing in on the return of the Herc?) 605-Colossus and the Headhunters (With "Nummy Muffin Coocol Butter" at the top of pop charts, how can Shout! resist?!?) 815-Agent From H.A.R.M. (Why not? What's the harm?)

Things are definitely getting interesting here, particularly when reviewing Travis' awesome likelihood list. By my count, there are only four likely/extremely likely Joel eps on the list left compared to 14 for Mike. Eleven of the Mike eps are extremely likely while only one Joel ep is (Stranded in Space). Breaking down Mike's 14 eps, 8 are from Comedy Central compared to six Sci-Fi.
Looking at those numbers, if Shout continues offering a variety of eps in each set, we may see this in Vol. XXXII: One Joel ep/3 Mike eps (2 from CC, 1 from Sci-Fi). We also need a good "anchor" episode for the set, which could be Rocketship X-M (though I wonder if there is an unknown hang-up with this ep because we have not seen it yet) or Track of the Moon Beast. I'm sure other people have other ideas as to what are the anchor eps left.
I would be shocked if two Joel eps came out this time or in the near future. My guess is Hercules is the ep here to finish out that series. That means I think the anchor ep will be Moon Beast or....a surprise: Deathstalker. This ep showed up on the Ballyhoo poll earlier this year and it won the poll as the ep for which people would most like to see a documentary made by Ballyhoo (Painted Hills was also on that list).
The other two eps I'm going with: Invasion USA and the stinker Invasion of the Neptune Men.
In summary: Hercules Deathstalker Invasion USA Invasion of the Neptune Men
