Sorry if this is an obvious question, but is the name Crow T.Robot supposed to be a parody of the actor Craig T. Nelson?

If memory serves, the T stands for "The" but I don't have a reference on that. And even though it's not his name, I like how Pearl used to call him Art, based on the Jungle Goddess episode. Still an all-time classic episode, for me, anyway.

Well, according to the ACEG, the "T" stands for "The".
I hadn't heard the other stories about the origin of the name "Crow", but I'd always assumed it was because of his vaguely bird-like appearance.
But, hey, you learn something new every day.
Btw, that's one "O".

Listening to the song Joel mentioned, yeah it does remind me of Crow a bit. And hey, apparently this is also were he got the upward-sliding "Crooooooow!" thing from. Cool.
