I'm assuming they're not offering it for sale yet, so as to not draw potential money away from the rerelease of Volume 1. Once that's released on Sept 1, Volume XXXIV should be available for sale. I've been checking Amazon quite regularly and still no pre-order available as of 2 minutes ago. I wonder what the hold up is?

I bought the rerelease of Vol. 1. Have the original but one of the DVDs was nonfunctional. Vol. 33 sounds like an excellent set. I'm glad Shout is doing mst3k justice.

^^^ $53.99 is kind of expensive. I think I will wait to see when Amazon puts it out. They have the lowest price guarantee offer. If I pre-ordered from Shout. The $53.99 price would be locked in. Unless of course Shout offers an early release with all kinds of nice extras.

Hey look, if you click on the box art and go through the pictures a bit, you'll see all the Steve Vance mini-posters for the new set, they look pretty cool as usual. Usually Shout will gradually reveal the posters closer to release date, but I guess that's not the case this time.

Amazon.ca's special offer would read "Order from us and get it shipped FOUR WEEKS LATE!"
I love how we have a set with only shows from Season 3 & 8. Not so long ago, these were the least represented seasons, now they are at a respectable 4 & 5 shows left (somebody should marry Susan Hart's granddaughter and broker a deal).

I'll probably pre-order from Shout! this time around, especially if Amazon's price doesn't drop. To me the episodes warrant, ordering early and paying a little more than i ordinarily would. I hope they release the extras soon, i am curious to see if they could do anything with Roger Corman.

Intros, one doc, and trailers. This is one of the lightest sets in years.

The documentary is supposed to be feature length if that helps.
