Is there any rhyme or reason as to why only certain episodes are available on iTunes (or Amazon, Vimeo, etc.). I would, without hesitation, buy any and all eps in those formats. Anyone know why only select eps are available?

Speaking of episodes on iTunes, Shout Factory has uploaded new, previously out-of-print Rhino episodes on iTunes and to their MST3k Vimeo webpage.
They've added:
The SideHackers The Wild Rebels The Hellcats Space Mutiny Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders
The first three episodes are not surprising. They're owned by Crown Internation Pictures. Shout just licensed their other films, Catalina Caper, Creeping Terror, Skydivers, and Bloodlust for the Volume 1 re-issue. They probably made a deal for home video and digital distribution rights for the other CIP titles. Space Mutiny and Merlin's Shop are surprising additions. Maybe there will be further re-issues if the Volume 1 set does well.

A shame that there can't be a bigger set just yet, but licensing issues do seem to require time.

I'm sure we all have our preferences, but, the ones that have been released on DVD that I would LOVE to buy on iTunes would be:
Master Ninja I Master Ninja II San Francisco International Space Travelers Time Chasers Hobgoblins
