Well, the results of our poll about our pulp hero are in. And pretty much no category was a clear winner at first, but then Space Hero pulled into the lead! Now, what kinda space hero are we lookin' at here? There's a lot of categories, of course, so feel free to mention any that aren't listed in the poll results. (And don't forget that you can vote for two options instead of just one!) Regardless, we're on our way to creating a pulpy space hero, ready to contend with aliens or space pirates or maybe just stepping into quicksand in the jungles of Venus. Will it be a rip roaring adventure like Flash Gordon or Star Wars, an exciting but contemplative jaunt like Star Trek or Buck Rogers, or a... okay, it's not gonna be a high-strung essay about the nature of humanity and destiny and life like 2001: A Space Odyssey. I'll move heaven and earth to keep this from being a meaningful experience. But apart from that, it's time to push our hero to infinity and beyond! _________________ *It's worth noting that some of these poll results are very similar, but there are meant to be connotative differences, such as between these two. The difference between a space scientist and space explorer is that one is just "going further" and trying to fill in the gaps in the maps while the other is trying to figure out just what makes the weird time goofiness happen in the expanse between two planets or what makes the insectophagic cocoons on an asteroid tick.

I demand Space Chef cook some Space Lobster Thermidor. And then serve it to Space Senator Space Politician.
All taking place miles and miles under the crust of the Earth, in the realm of the Mole People.

Wow, nothing's got more than one vote? Maybe our hero should have multiple personalities.

Wow, nothing's got more than one vote? Maybe our hero should have multiple personalities. Perhaps, perhaps... I'm going to keep the polls open a bit longer in case anything might jump ahead, but we may be looking at a space hero with a two-fisted, action packed set of W-2s. He's Johnny Dollar, but with taxes, and with more than one job. And in space. I demand Space Chef cook some Space Lobster Thermidor. And then serve it to Space Senator Space Politician. All taking place miles and miles under the crust of the Earth, in the realm of the Mole People. OH MY GOODNESS YES I WANT THAT TO WIN NOW

Like he's really some kind of spy who has to infiltrate multiple organizations.
