Looks like the two Wizards movies will be my favorites. This one's solid as hell.

I thought the kid from 1102 was annoying, the kid in this is 100x more obnoxious.

True story: the kid in this movie felt so familiar to me, yet I couldn't place him. Finally I looked him up on IMDB, turns out it was Melvin from Tremors! As many times as I've seen Tremors in my life I couldn't believe I didn't immediately recognize him.
Honest to god I didn't recognize David Carridine at first either. I didn't really pay attention to the opening credits so when the Carridine riffs started I'm like "why are they so obsessed with David Carridine?" Then I double takes and shouted "OMG THAT'S DAVID CARRIDINE!"
HOWEVER I recognized Sid Haig almost instantly. My mind scares me sometimes.
As for the episode, I almost feel as if this one suffers from being in such close proximity to the first film. It just feels weak following up so immediately. It doesn't help that the movie, while unquestionably worse, just doesn't give them half as much to work with as the previous film. There's no laughable creatures or as many hilarious special effects, just a low rent fantasy with lackluster wordplay and a few not so special effects.
However this episode was giving off something of a Quest of the Delta Knights vibe, and that's an episode I like quite a bit. I'm going to have to rewatch this one out of context of the season and see if it grows on me, but right now it's one of the weakest.
That said, I liked the Pearl, Bobo, and Observer cameo a lot better here. Plus there seems to bee some sore of subtle story arc a brewing, with Kinga's plans to marry Jonah and Max completing a soap operatic love triangle. Does Max's key from the previous episode have anything to do with what's unfolding? I'm curious to find out!

This one really knocked it out of the park for me, the riffing was among the most solid so far! Instant MST3k classic, it had me consistently cracking up.
And the cast... David Carradine, Sid Haig, the guy from TREMORS and Mel Welles (who played Mushnick in the original LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS).

Fun fact! Mel Welles play Digger Smolken in The Undead!

I also liked the Pearl/Bobo/Brain Guy cameo better this time around. Fun fact! Mel Welles play Digger Smolken in The Undead! Yep! Mel also directed/wrote the killer plant flick ISLAND OF THE DOOMED (1967), which I'd LOOOVE to see get the MST3k treatment... granted someone could finally dig up a good print of it. He also directed LADY FRANKENSTEIN, which would be another good choice for Season 12...

This was another really strong one, maybe not as much of a classic as the previous episode but still one of my favourites so far this season. I also found Pearl, Bobo and Brain Guy's cameo to be far more amusing this time around too, I kinda hope they remain reoccurring characters in future seasons too. One thing that's quite noticeable with this film is that as bad as the previous movie was, this one is just so much lazier in every aspect of it's production, still it made for excellent riffing fuel. All and all another great episode, which is good because it's the one I was credited in!

In a way I enjoyed this episode a little better than the last one, though the first Wizards may have had better production values and stronger riffing. This one just has more ridicolous moments in it to keep it fun. The number of recognizable actors in this is surprising. But I sat through this twice and still couldn't figure out who the "person from Tremors" was, I kept looking for Michael Gross for some reason. Didn't realize it was the kid. It's also pretty astounding how many action scenes have the rest of the cast standing around doing nothing. The Pearl and group appearance is the highlight of the host segments, but I found the Bar and Grill sketch pretty silly. Punt bunnies sounded like something Dr. F and Frank would have came up with.
I give this one 7/10, it stays amusing and makes a nice follow-up episode to the previous.
Has anyone here seen the full movie? I want to know if there really was a scene were David Carradine fought a tentacle monster.

A big drop from the previous ep for me. Punt Bunny was a scream, but the riffing was just fair to forgettable and I quit on it after that painful "Bad Wizard" skit. I'll finish this one later.

Fun fact! Mel Welles play Digger Smolken in The Undead! That knowledge put me on a quest to learn more. Then I discovered that the actress who played Amathea (Lana Clarkson) is the woman Phil Spector murdered in 2003. Yikes. Now I just feel dirty. Sometimes NOT knowing is half the battle.

I was cracking up when ?Caedmon? (sounded like "Caveman") gave the kid a turnip and asked what one couldn't get from it, and the kid said, "Blood." Then Caedmon asked him to try, and some weird liquid came out of the turnip and the kid gave it a taste, and Jonah and the 'bots are saying, "Ew! Don't drink it!!" "Why would he drink it?"
Just read the post above this one: Eesh. That's terrible.

This one is another instant classic for me. It's not quite as funny as the riffing on the first Wizards, but it's very close. Heck, I even named myself, "Caedmon", on here because I enjoyed this one so much.
I love when B-movie "sequels" have no relation whatsoever to the previous movie.

Dear GOD this sequel is awful! It felt like a cheap direct-to-video sequel (and I'm too lazy at the moment to check on wikipedia if it is or not).
Random note, but I can't help but wonder if the actor who plays that annoying long-haired kid has aspergers. The actor himself seemed like he had it.
But anyway, the riffing definitely helped with this awful movie. Best jokes for me were the mutated Miss Piggy joke, the riffs on Captain Lou Albano, Scooby Doo and the Bee Gee's "Stayin' Alive" and I died at the cardboard cutout set joke in the distance.
It was nice to see the trio of Bobo, Pearl and Brain Guy again; Jonah and the bots did make a good point about the segments being too short, though (the last 3 episodes to me felt a little shortened down). The segment with the wizard book was also funny.
On a random note, though, after watching 11 episodes, I'm starting to get sick of seeing Gypsy coming in to deliver her riffs. They're nice, don't get me wrong, but they feel way too forced (especially since she drops in a water cooler and brings it back up at the end).

Random note, but I can't help but wonder if the actor who plays that annoying long-haired kid has aspergers. The actor himself seemed like he had it. I couldn't say if he has aspies or not but Robert Jayne was a fairly regular TV actor during the 80's and 90's. He even appeared an a few more well liked cult movies like Tremors and Night of the Demons 2. He was always generally cast as somewhat snotty characters but Wizards of the Lost Kindom 2 was probably him at his most irritating, also in other roles it doesn't look like he has a red mop on his head...
