Who would you say is the most evil Forrester?
I say it's Kinga. As bad as Pearl and Dr. Forrester were, they didn't make their experiment watch SIX bad movies back to back. Could you imagine if Dr. Forrester made a Gauntlet with Castle of Fu Manchu, Manos and Monster a Go-Go? Joel probably would have surrendered.

You make a good point about Kinga and the Gauntlet, but I have to go with Pearl. Clayton began the experiment "for science," Kinga continues it for profits and living up to her family legacy... Pearl killed her own son, and then took it out on the guy and robots her son had captive and continued to victimize them with the experiment, going as far as chasing them across time and space to do so, for... reasons? That reason, she's purely EVIL.

I don't see Kinga as that evil. She's more of a megalomaniac. The Gauntlet was more of her way of trying to top what was done before her to prove that she's the best.
Dr. Forrester was mostly crazy, Pearl was very mean-spirited. I'd have to go with Pearl because she is more the type to intentionally break someone for fun. Clayton tried to do that, but he even apologized for showing Manos so even he has limits. And as cruel as he was to Frank, he loved the guy deep down.

True, but by the same token, Pearl loved Frank as well, and she also loved... um... "Art."

Pearl also tried to kill Crow several times just for being aboard the SOL. As for Frank, they had a very "girlfriends" relationship that wasn't quite developed all that much. Whether or not Pearl would have sold Frank up the river if she had something to gain, that's a headscratcher.
Clayton just comes off as that much softer than Pearl. It might be a bit of self-doubt or anxiety in him, while Pearl is fairly confident in who she is and does whatever it takes to get what she desires.
