Besides the south, what are the states that don't have four distinct seasons?

Do you count states with more than four? Like indiana which has "Fool's Spring", "Second Winter", "Thawkening" and more?
And... I believe portions of California don't have four seasons what with it being pretty steadily warm all the time there?

I live in CT and we USED to get four seasons. But it seems spring and fall are a thing of the past. It goes from being cold and gloomy to being hot and humid. There's a growing season for spring - flowers bloom and all - but it seems like they come in under the snow, and then it's just, HOT. No bright colors for autumn anymore. The leaves just shrivel up, turn a muted color and fall off.
BTW: It's been rainy and gray for like a YEAR and a half. It can't be nice more than one day at a time. I can't remember when the last time there was two sunny days in a row. It's like we're turning into London over here.
