That's kind of a tough question. For one thing, I think that all of the choices are good, and all compliment each other. For another thing, you left out Trace & Frank's very funny "The Mads are Back" live shows.
Call me wishy-washy, but I'm going to call it a five-way tie.

Since I frequently howled with laughter with CT, and I loved the voices and the personalities of the riffers, I voted for it. For me Cinematic Titanic was like going home. Yes it was a different show, but it brought me back, gave me that same feeling - plus they were hilariously funny.
There are times when the others give me that vibe and level of comedy too. Rifftrax Invasion of the Animal People, for one.
