I painted this a few years ago in a one-off painting class that was just a few hours. All in the class were just copying what the instructor had done. I realize the shoulders (or whatever you call them) of the bottle are two different types. Little goof there. I do like how the apple on the far right came out. Hey, it was my first attempt.

Hah. I found this. This is a sketch I did back in the Stone Age when I was in high school. I sketched it during lunch on a divider in my notebook. I guess I'll call them "tricorns". I believe I added the one with his head on his hands and the one warming his hands by the fire at a later date. I couldn't quite get the same feel as the first ones. I realize the one giving the speech is not really "dimensional?" enough. He looks more like the rock is part of him rather than him standing behind it. This one I did when I was 17. I didn't draw it when I was at school, but at home. It's a young dwarf character from a story I was writing. No. Never finished it. I really have to if I can ever figure out an ending. (Dammit).

Can't believe I still have this. I did this in junior high. Made of rice.

This was about a 10 minute craft project (all told, after drying times and everything). Just a simple vase I painted using a Smucker's jar that had hot fudge in it. I liked the shape.
