I watch the theme song every time, but usually I get a sandwich or something during it. So really, you just listen to it

I try to not watch more than 1 maybe 2 episodes a week to avoid burnout, and I watch the opening every time. As someone else mentioned, it gets you into the right mood. Like wise, the end credits are a nice relaxing come down from watching your favorite show, plus you have to wait for the stinger. I would agree that the MST3K theme song is up there with the catchiest of the catchy, like the Brady Bunch and the Beverly HillBillies songs. As someone else mentioned, my wife too, "LA LA LA"s along with it.

I watch the beginning all the time. My wife would sing the "La La La" part, if she wasn't inflatable.

This is kind of off topic but I'm just wondering... Do you guys skip the opening credits to your favorite movies also?

I almost always let the beginning and end theme play all the way through. I do that with practically everything I watch unless I'm in a hurry or watching with someone who's impatient.
