I'm going to bump this old thread since we have new members, it's kind of been discussed on and off in several threads, and just to PO anyone who hates when someone bumps threads (that's a joke btw, just because I know sometimes people take me too serious).

I know I'm going to get some heat from this...
But I don't find any of these episodes funny.

703 Deathstalker & the Warriors from Hell I agree with this one especially. I think it's the weakest of season seven. Thinking about it now, I'd probably give it **1/2

I know I'm going to get some heat from this... But I don't find any of these episodes funny. 521 Santa Claus 703 Deathstalker & the Warriors from Hell 813 Jack Frost 820 Space Mutiny 822 Overdrawn at the Memory Bank 907 Hobgoblins 1013 Diabolik I think that's a pretty good list as there seem to be very varied opinions on most of them, with the likely exceptions of Santa Claus and Space Mutiny. Those two seem to have a serious following, and I'm a Santa Claus fan myself. Space Mutiny I've grown very weary of, my way earlier post in this thread no longer applies. As to the others, I've cooled on those quite a bit as well. Maybe I watched too much SciFi for a while (Deathstalker excluded) but they just don't work like they used to. Hobgoblins I tried for the longest time to really like, and there are some upsides, but by now, I'm resigned to just saying the hell with it. Deathstalker has dropped like a stone, so I guess I can't argue with Phantom about it anymore. Diabolik was ok, but for the last episode I never thought it was quite right. It's decent, but not as inspired as some, IMO.

I also think Cave Dwellers is overrated.

I also think Cave Dwellers is overrated. Check out the "Favorite Opening Episode" thread. I'm probably a pariah for my opinions on Cave Dwellers, Creeping Terror, Prince of Space, Neptune Men, and most of all, The Incredibly Strange Creatures...

I also think Cave Dwellers is overrated. Check out the "Favorite Opening Episode" thread. I've known your dislike of Cave Dwellers for a while. BTW, I said pretty much everything i need to say on Cave Dwellers there, so I'll copy it here. I think Cave Dwellers is overrated. While it's historically significant for it's high riff count that would come to stay for several years. BUT, the quality of the episode itself, for me atleast, isn't in the perfect episode region. I think more people think it's great just because it was the first episode wiht the 750 riff count. I think Godzilla vs. Megalon while it had a smaller riff count, it had a good cheesy and goofy movies to work off of, and was a much better episode. The earliest ***** episode IMHO.

Am I the only one with Incredibly Strange Creatures in their top ten?....I think so.
But I don't get the love for Overdrawn at the Memory Bank.
Or that other favorite of many of you: The Magic Voyage of Sinbad.........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

750 riff count? Someone actually counted? Wow.
I'm not a big fan of Sinbad either. . .but I'm probably mostly pariah-like since I don't really find Mike that funny. At least as host and not fourth-banana in a host segment.
