I can choose and it is "Space Chief". I've seen it like 5 or 6 times and I still laugh as hard as I did the first time. Never heard of it. Do you possibly mean 816 - Prince of Space?

I'm with Phantom.
I like practically all the eps from KTMA to Season 10. There's some I like more than others. There's some i like less. There's some I really like.
On a side note, now that I've watched practically all the eps, most more than once, I noticed that as I was watching them, and I was watching one I had seen only once, a while ago, that if I remembered it as being exceptionally funny, or kinda dull or boring, after watching it again with that mind-set, I would come away, thinking that it wasn't as exceptional or dull as I had remembered. The point of that long rambling sentence? I think almost all the eps are solid humor. It depends more on what kind of mood I'm in when I watch them, and what kind of ep I'm looking for that night, as to how much I like an ep.
So, to come back around to the topic, if I had to pick a favorite, it might have to be Operation Double 007, because the last time I saw it, it was when two of my high-school buds where back in town and we ordered a pizza, drank some beer and watched it and laughed our asses off. I'm actually kind of afraid to watch it again now, cuz I know it won't be as good as on that night.

Yup. Mitchell. I get Mike and Joel, great riffing, and Joe Don Baker. And that's all I need.

Yep, I've got a favorite, in fact I've had the same favorite episode for 14 years: Pod People. It started out as my favorite episode because it was so damn funny, and it's remained there for sentimental reasons, particularly my fond memories of the first Turkey Day marathon.

It's whatever ep I just finished; right now it's A Touch of Satan, and being a former 1972 Maverick owner, I have a special bond with Jody. Ones I never get tired of: Pumaman (that's obvious), Screaming Skull. One episode I can't watch is Diabolik -- too sad and a little too raunchy; they must have been getting everything out of their system on that one.

I always say it is 418 "Attack of the the Eye Creatures." The last host segment kills me every time. The riffing throughout is very strong and it is the only MST treatment of a movie by the master director, Larry Buchanan.

Interesting vote. It started out "No', then "Yes" took the lead, now "No' is ahead by a nose. It's a horse race!

Ah yes, Attack of the the Eye Creatures has been my second favorite episode for almost as long as Pod People has been my favorite. It's kind of like the "Waiting for a Girl Like You" to "Physical".

Okay, here's one I'm qualified to answer. My fav is show #208, Lost Continent (You never forget your first). I could make myself laugh for days afterward just by saying "rock climbing", and to this day I'm authentically curious as to what the "cool thing" was. Anyone know?

Yes, it was Mexican stop light candy, which can be found in...Mexico.

This movie turned me on to Larry Buchanan's work, and that host segment... " 'cuz they got so many eyes...get it?!? It's funny!!"...alas, however...choosing one?...never happen.
