Superdome - Lost Host Segment? FOUND!

Greetings. I was browsing the web earlier tonight when I came upon an MST3K tape trading site. I read that one of the episodes I wanted to get (K15 - Superdome) was missing it's final host segment. Which is a SHAME because I wanted it specifically for the final host segment, because my artwork (which I sent in loooong ago) is featured there. (I have a crappy copy of the host segment on tape and I wanted to see if there was anything better out there. )

So, does anybody know? Has anyone been able to locate a full decent-looking episode of Superdome with the host segment (or is mine the ONLY copy which exists?) I've been searching through various sites and forums trying to get an answer. So far, no dice...

are you serious? You have the lost Host segment!!!!!

You gotta get that to the rest of us somehow. Put it on an internet site or mail a copy to one of the internet sellers or anything.

You don't also have copies of the first 3 KTMA eps do you? I had to ask folks.

Only a peice of it. The real holy grail would be K01-3 plus that host segment.

I already e-mailed the webmaster of the tape-trading site (http://www.mst3kvideos.com/) that I had the host segment and am waiting for a reply from him. If anyone knows of any tape trader who'd want the segment, I'd be happy to dub it and send it to them...

(I'm lucky my artwork was on the show. If it hadn't been, my Dad would have taped over that segment, just like he taped over the rest of my MST3k movies....)

I'm pretty sure every trader would want it, but www.mst3ktapes.com is the first one that comes to my mind because I've bought from him in the past.

PS Does your copy of Superdome also have the credits?

It has 2 seconds of the credits. (Sorry. My Dad cut it off when he redubbed it onto another tape. He was ALWAYS cutting off the credits to ANY movie he taped. And sometimes he'd cut off the endings as well. It drove me CRAZY.)

Anyway, for what it's worth, I do have it, and I'll try to see if I can dub it onto a tape and send it to someone...

And you know what the really sad thing is? Joel forgot my name while he was showing my artwork EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN IN THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE POSTER... (And he thought I was a boy, too.... *sigh*)

Inform Satellite News. Not only the fact that you have it, but that your artwork was featured is reason for a news post. Also, though it may be outdated there is a person to contact for finding the lost segment.
