I'm not much of a praying man, but movie, if you can hear me, please kill John Agar.

The Mole People is a great episode... but I like Women of the Prehistoric Planet better.
Hi-keeba!

"Is the first stage of grief pure, unbridled joy?"
"Mole People" is an old fav.

I liked Revenge of the Creature. Women of the Prehistoric Planet kind of gets dull for me. And I love season one, but it's kind of dull for that. Maybe i should give it another look soon.

I love them all, but I went with Mole People on this one, even though he doesn't get to declare martial law, his smarminess as an archaeologist just edges out his smarminess as an ichthyologist. I haven't seen Women in a while...think I'll re-view it tonight. An ambivalent choice, to be sure.

I'm going with Revenge Of The Creature. It's not one of my favorite episodes by any stretch, but I haven't seen Women of the Prehistoric Planet and I just watched The Mole People for the first time last Friday and was VERY disappointed. I'm going to give it another chance sometime, but it did nothing for me the first time I watched it. It was cool to see former Minnesota Vikings RB Robert Smith at the end though.

"It's a pride of Dr Smiths!" I think that riff puts Mole People over the top.

Mole People takes this one for me, partly because I haven't seen Women in about ten years. Agar's pompous attitude is perfect for riffing, and he's just such a damn dope. I must add that it took me about 4-6 viewings before Mole People really grew on me, but it's probably A- material by now. I'll have to watch it again soon.

Agar rules dude!
You want to be like Agar, but you can't.
Trust in the Agar, and the Agar will not let you down.
Life is Agar, Agar is life.
Agar!

Of John Agar's scifi films, many consider The Brain from Planet Arous to be his greatest film, i saw it and it is really enjoyable to watch (despite the "cheesy" premise or title suggesting otherwise; not to me though) John Agar's body is taken over by an evil alien who's out to destroy the world, but Agar's dog is taken over by a good alien who tries to stop him. Good stuff.
