I can't believe he's gone. He's been here from the beginning (though not before me). And I even got the impression that he liked me, unlike that phony yousonova who only pretends to like me. But now that he's retired I guess he'll be moving to Florida, wearing Bermuda shorts and playing canasta with the Greenbauns. Whayever you're doing pal I wish you the best.

I'm actually truly sad, he was the only other really bitter wrestling fan on the board.
Seriosly, he was a great poster and I hope he continues to write reviews.

This is so sad! Can I drag out my bagpipe and play "Fowers of the Forest?" No, wait, that's the funeral dirge. I'll just make Tiki Drinks instead!

No, that'll be better for Forrest's retirement party. HAHA, but seriously if Forrest leaves (which means MJ leaves), and with Don and Gary not posting that frequent anyway, I'm going to exit stage left. Hell, I think phantom, MJ, and Forrest are the last trivecta that still post frequently who were here from the beginning. Sure, tonight, I'm here, but there only about 80 posts left, before I go into the deluxe apartment in the sky.

I still don't understand why he would just leave...

I still don't understand why he would just leave... He's in college, and I'm in high school. Before I left for those two marvelous weeks, I was actually thinking of doing the same thing he did, delete my name to ensure that I didn't come back. But I decided against it, because I thought I'd come back at Thanksgiving, but I came back earlier. It's flapjacksing tough. Some people can handle the message boards and schools, simp. But some of us spent HOURS here during the summer and something drastic was needed. I banned myself from here, Unsavory deleted his account. Do I miss him? Yes. Can I see where he is coming from? Absolutely, in fact, I don't blame him a bit. But mark my words. He'll be back.

It's called self-control people, you don't have to come on here all the time and you don't have to do anything drastic like deleting your account and leaving a blank reminder of what was once there...

It's called self-control people, you don't have to come on here all the time and you don't have to do anything drastic like deleting your account and leaving a blank reminder of what was once there... See, that's the thing. YOU have self control, we don't. Something drastic is needed. For example, if I come on here to just read something on Coleman Francis Mountain, like say "Which Batman movie was the best", I'll look in, but then I move onto Forrest's various Kubrick threads. Then it repeats for every board, finally, once I'm done reading through the boards, there's ANOTHER slew of new posts, and then it becomes cicular. Then sometimes you'll have a really strong opinion or fact on something and you take an hour to search on the internet for it. It pulls you in and won't let you out. You have to just cut yourself out. For some that's the only option.

I was luck enough to never ever need to ever study. Ever. That allows me all the indulgencies of glut posting!

I wonder what that's like...not having self control...sounds terrible! Yup, same for my bladder too. UH OH! (Pee jokes, aren't I funny?) "If peeing your pants is cool, consider me Miles Davis", I'm sorry Forrest, but that line alone makes Billy Madison a not bad movie.

Let's see...if I had no self-control I would probably be drunk all the time or something bad like that.

So you're leaving tonight after you get 3000 posts, Van Hagar? And then not coming back til Thanksgiving? That makes me sad, along with Unsavory's abrupt disappearance off the face of the board. Everything here is making me sad today! Maybe it's time for some good ol' nonsense humor in On Topic!
