There are some great stuff in this thread. I'll just add a few I didn't see. Apocalypse Now - The Ride Of The Valkyries was the first thing I thought of when I saw this thread. Return of the King - Battle of the Pelennor Fields Has everything a Middle earth geek(like me) loves. Braveheart - The Battle of Sterling Tora! Tora! Tora! Attack on Pearl Harbor my favorate as a kid.

I loved it reminds me of the movies in the 60's and 70's 2001, Planet of the Apes, A Clockwork Orange, Solaris and even Blade Runner. Were they had to be smart, involving that made you think, the anti- Star Wars type Sci-Fi movie. I don't think it's quite as good as Memento but I haven't seen that one for some time so a good excuse to see both again. I did read on line that Leonard Maltin hated it like he did for Memento(one and a half stars?) and The Dark Knight(two stars?). blogs.indiewire.com/leonardmaltin/archives/film_review_inception/

Gah. I've been waiting for so long for a new Office, and when it finally comes along, an ice storm knocks out power twice during the episode. A satellite tv receiver takes a long time to reboot Missed it all except for about four minutes. You really didn't miss much it was a best of type episode with alot flashbacks and so forth. In someways its kind of strange watching it and seeing that the show was much better the first 4 seasons then now. Maybe this rest will reinvigorate them.

I watched this about two weeks a go and yea the movie is crap. I personally hated T3(the movie not the rifftrax to it) but that one is ten times better then this and I like Bale in quite a few movie but not this one. Can't wait for the guys to rip in to this.

Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi I had alot of fun with this one. Have never been a big fan of this movie, loved the first two of the originals but found this really kiddish and how the glorifying of Vader in the end stupid, considering all the deaths he caused. As for the riff I loved it there are some dead spots but over all very funny.

Do you like an episode most people hate or are indifferent to? I have several: Sidehackers: Ugly film, but the guys are on fire. The song is great too. Ring of Terror: Some say that this episode is basically one old person joke, but I think they maintain the humor for the full epsisode. I love the "kill that guy" line. The Unearthy: Another one people hate and I can't figure out why. The Tor Johnson jokes, Carradine's long face, Alsion Hayes is always awesome to look at. Plus the posture pal and appreciating your parents shorts are hilarious. Being from Another Planet: Had a big argument with another MSTie on this one. It is a piece of crap movie with not one appealling character in the bunch, but I laughed pretty hard throughout. "Go get Ken Melrose, he'll touch anything!" Tormented: In my top 15...no one talks at all about it. I do think the "Sessions presents..." gets old after awhile, but there joke on Tom Stewart and the creepy beatnick were priceless. Quest of the Delta Knights: From David Warner selling out to our hero Holly Hobby and Leonardo DaVinci (both the loser in the film and Mike's visit to the SOL are great. Might be in the minority but I liked Pearl in the theater for a little bit. The Undead: Showing my Alison Hayes bias here...but it is a funny Corman turd. STAY!!! STAY!!! STAY!!! The Violent Years: This one is in my top ten. Great short and love the hokey Ed Wood script and poor acting of the actresses. "I want to rob Clanton's" Alien from LA: Again it is accused of being a one joke episode. Kathy Ireland has an annoying voice, but it doesn't get old for me. From the eyelash guy/girl to the Austrailian douche. Love the "One Night in Bangkok" riff. Actually the only one I don't really enjoy from the your list is The Unearthly even that one I get a kick out of the shorts and Tor. I think that's a great list there. One that is not on your list that I like and others seem to hate is Gorgo, Angels’ Revenge, Racket Girls and The Hellcats I can have a good laugh with all those.

What funny short this is and a great job by Mike, Keven and Bill. I actually have all these shorts on VHS tapes that bought from Wal-Mart years ago and have aways though they would have been great for MST3K and I was right. ;D

I too just finished watching The Star Wars Holiday Special. I have actually watched this thing, in its entirety, without the aid of Rifftrax. I DO NOT recommend it, unless you have decided to give up on life and you just need one more reason to send you over the edge. I was literally depressed afterwords. What is the deal with that God-awful piece of garbage?! To me, it comes off as nothing more than mere bong resin from the bottom of the 70's. Some things are so quirky and bizarre, they are charming. This is NOT one of those things. The writers and clearly the actors are high on numerous drugs as they drag their feet through this turd of a TV (un-)special. Other than the actors who played the characters in the movie franchise, they could only manage to hire washed up, (or near washed up) over 60 years of age TV talent. Bea Arthur scored the gig on Golden Girls years later, but other than her, Art Carney and Harvey Korman were on their way out of the entertainment limelight. Two words sum up this "special" : depressing... wait... that just one word. You know what? One word will due just fine. Luckily... Mike, Kevin, and Bill make this face-meltingly bad abomination absolutely hilarious. I love when the Rifftrax gang really serves up a fresh helping of comeuppance to such a deserving piece. I'm also really glad they spoofed on the commercials, because there are some real gems in there. If you are one of those Rifftrax fans that likes to watch riffs done to movies that you like, you will probably hate this. But if you like when they attack the really bad movies, then they don't get much worse than this... Great summery I love the this Rifftrax it's very, very funny. Sadly this piece of crap was not the only bad TV special or TV movies from that time period (I remember one about Superman spoof that was just as bad as this).

I love the Office I think that seasons 1 though 4 are some of the funnest in any TV show in the last 10 years. Then season 5 and this season really is so up and down. they may have a great one then followed by two or three so so to bad episodes. i have this fear that they are running out of steam and ideas and are jumping the shark at times I will still watch it until the end because it is still my favorate current TV show.

0Me and my wife love watching Christmas movies especially the older ones like Shop around the Corner, It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, the 1951 A Christmas Carol, Holiday Inn, The Bishop's Wife, Christmas in Connecticut, The Gathering and The House Without a Christmas Tree. For newer movies I really love Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Carol and Elf. For crappy ones take a look at the Hallmark Channel, my wife loves that sappy stuff but can't stand most of them.
