Sometimes doing something to get your mind off of things helps. Try doing a crossword puzzle or a sudoku.

Marvel Zombies is funny, but kinda creepy.

I just learned that there's a chance that I looked at my degree information incorrectly when I was signing up for classes.
As such, I believe that I might be a single class short of graduating.
Goodbye, four-year degree...
And it's a Social Analysis class, too. Why the heck do I need a second social analysis class? I've already taken one of those, and I've also taken US Diversity and Global Diversity. I've analyzed more social stuff than I care to think about...
Hand me a root beer, I'm a designated driver tonight...

I'll live. I mean, I'm going into creative writing. It's not like there's a job-rush to take all the available writing positions out there. And I can still be a four-year graduate if I take the one class in the summer. It'll cost $1000 (330 per credit), so I'll just use this to reinforce my belief that I shouldn't buy a PS3. And on the optimistic side of things, I did some quick table balancing, and I've found a class that would meet the requirements, and they've only met twice this semester. That's still within the realm of possibilities that I could join, even though it's technically past the drop/add date. So in the end, I'll be fine. But still...it's kinda aggravating.

And on the optimistic side of things, I did some quick table balancing.... I wish to complain that I originally read this as "some quick table dancing," and I'm disappointed that Affy didn't actually dance on any tables for college credit. But, anyway, Affy, best of luck to you and your search for the proper credits.

Af, you're living one of my anxiety dreams.
It's not as bad as the one where the morning of finals I realize I never dropped that one class and now I'm responsible for a semester's worth of lab reports.
But finding out too late that I'm missing a credit for my degree is still a common one for me.

lets call the whole day off. Fricken library computers!!!!! It wont let me paste my Rifftrax review of Fellowship of the Rings. So all that work is lost (It wouldn't even let me email the draft to myself) It wouldn't let me burn the IoDM and Daredevil rifftrax I payed for and downloaded, so those are now lost. Would I go to jail if I took this bastard out into the parking lot and drove over it several times!!!!! Great day, just bloody fantastic. It was poopie from the start at work, and it's going downhill from there.

Af, you're living one of my anxiety dreams. It's not as bad as the one where the morning of finals I realize I never dropped that one class and now I'm responsible for a semester's worth of lab reports. But finding out too late that I'm missing a credit for my degree is still a common one for me. I find myself living out many anxiety dreams that people have. For instance: -My freshman year, I didn't know that one of my classes was a two semester class. So imagine my surprise when the registrar told me that I needed to get my grades finalized and turn in, or get an F (fortunately, it was a research class, and before I could worry any longer, the professor told me that the work I did in the first semester was good enough for an A.) -I fell into a crack in the rule book, and found out that I hadn't, in fact, taken enough math classes for the minor. So now I'm in a game theory class (which, I'm relieved to say, is easy and fun.) -Getting to the campus radio on time half an hour before my Christmas special starts, and finding that the station has been locked and abandoned (this happened twice. The second time I was able to get a manager who had a key.) Anxiety dreams aren't so tough. They're just annoying. As for table dancing: I did more of that after I found out that I could take the class from the professor. I also found out that the prof I take my sax lessons from is a dean, so she's taking care of the permission to overload.
