Now wait just a darn second. I liked this thread. We get too many generic threads, catch alls that become meaningless and ignored.
Having event specific threads is a good thing. Lets not get too hasty in closing them.

I'm with MightyJack. I was never too keen on Rhino getting it's own update thread. I think announcements of new DVD releases are big enough to deserve seperate threads.

Sorry, but you've jumped the gun a few too many times. Relax, and you wont have to worry about being overturned again. Unless it's something offensive or painfully redunadant, follow the Beatles advice and "Let It Be". and yes, just so you know it's nothing personal. We do love you

I'd like it if they had 701 on it AND as an extra, they included the 701 Turkey Day bumpers and host segments. That'd be cool.

As previously mentioned in this thread, there definitely needs to be some representation from Season 7, eventually. This release is as good a time as any.
Either Night of the Blood Beast or Laserblast would suffice.
As far as the three other titles... seminal titles like:
Day the Earth Froze Girls Town Fire Maidens From Outer Space Master Ninja I OR II
Someone also mentioned that perhaps The Amazing Colossal Man, I say why not? I know that the rights to the VHS got tangled not long after it came out in like 1997 or so. But, there could be some hope on this one as it is Bert I Gordon and they did also release Beginning of the End on VHS and now DVD.
I read where Chris Cornell (Sampo) in the RATMM group mentioned that the tape Assignment Venezula as a definite likelyhood. I guess kinda like the Mr. B tape is now in Vol. 6.
Eh, who the hell knows...

Satellte News is now reporting a tenative April release date. No news o titles (come on Rhino... throw us a bone, do you have at least one signed sealed and ready to go?)
April actually works better for my "One Set a month" plan (SCTV is scheduled for March) so "Dis vil Simplify everything!"
