Nope, sorry. Can't stop bashing. It's fun! Hey they screwed up and I'm gonna call them on it. I thank them for the replacement but it never should have come to this. And if they feel the need to polish up their rep by doing a bang up job on extras next time, all the better.

At least WB doesn't screw up as much as Rhino. VH and I wrote a little article to show all the fine details. I thought Rhino was owned by AOL/Warners...which also owns WB? Frankly, I'm amazed that - after all the missing footage in episodes and Shorts collections and the bad sound in "Design for Dreaming" in Shorts 3 - they finally acknowledged one of these screw ups had even happened much less that they're going to fix it. I'd still like the footage that set up Servo's "Have you ever worked as a boy before" riff put back into I Accused My Parents.

I still have yet to receive the replacement disk, and Rhino acts more and more pissed everytime I ask. Last time this happened was with a defective CAve Dwellers disk: I reported them to the BBB and wow, I quickly received a new copy in the mail.
I'll give them two more weeks until I do it again.

I still have yet to receive the replacement disk, and Rhino acts more and more pissed everytime I ask. For those who didn't get the email, here is what SN has to say about this issue:
"For those of you waiting to receive your "Killer Shrew" replacement discs, here's the latest.
Yes, Rhino is now owned by a huge conglomerate, but they are still a pretty small operation. The team working on this replacement issue is not huge, and they have been working to pull together the list of people who need a disc. Actual mailing is slated to begin soon.
When you emailed Dr. Rhino, you should have received some sort of an email in response. If you did, be assured that you are on that list, and will probably receive your disc shortly.
If, for some reason, when you emailed them, you did NOT receive any sort of email reply, please send another email, containing your name and full street address, to drrhino@rhino.com. Indicate (nicely) that this is the second email you have sent. You should receive an email reply. If you don't, check your spam filters, etc. to make sure you are receiving email correctly.
Rhino wants to thank everybody once again for their patience during this long, involved process."

I sent "Dr. Rhino" an email on 8-14. Here is the response I got today:
"We are currently in the process of sending out the replacement discs. You will receive one and we thank you for your patience. Dr. Rhino"
Exciting news! They didn't say what year I would get it though?
