I got a response from the e-mail I sent! The orginal message I sent was: Here is the response: Semi-popular? I'm semi-insulted! I'm glad Barbb was so generous to respond. Let's try to be as generous in our patronage. I say we should be patient. *I say we let him go*

LOL. "Semi-popular." Maybe it was not the best word.

LOL. "Semi-popular." Maybe it was not the best word. How about "semi-unpopular?"

It's a new site and they're working it out... how great to have new material from the same minds that created MST3K in the first place. Let's see how it goes. I'll be checking in aften to see how they progress. And how wonderful to see Barb's name again. Like old times. Cool.

I am not surprised that you got such a quick response from Barbb. In the past whenever I sent emails to the info club (no matter how trivial I was), Barbb ALWAYS responded. It meant a lot to me. She is one class act. I am glad to see she is still there.
I met her on the tour of the studios back in the day (they were screening Gorgo), and I really felt she was a real down to Earth good person. The tour group was small and so I was able to just absorb the MST3K vibe. Good times.
Hail to thee, O wise and wonderful Barbb!

Guys, seriously, you are being WAAAAY to generous here.
It's horrible.
You don't have to blindly support something just because you're a huge fan.

Hello to all! This is my first post here ever. So it's with great regret that it must be on such a sad note. I tried my best to like Mr. Mallon's new effort... I really did. But all I could keep saying to myself is, this is not MST3K! Hopefully, Joel and company will put more passion into their upcoming effort than this half hearted attempt. Until then, thank god for rifftrax.

Well, as we requested, they fixed it so there is some sound on the homepage (a sort of spaceship rumble that I think suits it). Unfortunately, it doesn't shut off when you watch clips or the short cartoons.
Just wanted to let everybody know, I guess.

Yeah pretty bland really.
The thing is they had all the time in the world to write this, the only time restriction placed on them was by themselves, they shouldn't have announced and gone public until this was gutbustingly funny. Not this.

So mst3k.com doesn't get its own new subforum?
