I'll just put all of my short reviews of episodes here. They won't be long, I doubt they will be all that good but I should be some fun. I'll try to do all the episodes I have watched in the last year which is only about 30 episodes. So why not start with the earliest aired episode that I have seen.
EPISODE 106- THE CRAWLING HAND Review: The first half of the movie is damn boring, as is the riffing. It sort of picks up at the end, the Skipper riffs are pretty funny. The movie doesn’t seem to have the same goofy charm as many of the other season one episodes had (I have seem a couple of them uncut). As for the host segments the most of them are lame. The invention exchange is pretty dumb. The only highlight is the William Shatner spoofing.
But on a side note, this being the only season one episode I have seen let me give a little opinion on it. Josh Weinstein is not that good as Dr. Laurence Erhardt but is pretty good as Tom Servo. I’d say he is almost on part with Kevin Murphy. I don’t know why they really changed the sets. The bright colors might bring in younger viewers. I actually like the season one set better then the duller color sets of the Mike years. Final Grade: ** (out of *****)

EPISODE 212- GODZILLA VS. MEGALON This is by most people the first perfect episode of MST3K. From what I have seen so far it sure seems that way. This is one episode that at first I though was okay but overrated with a couple of funny moments. But then you want to see those moments again and you look back on the episode and it turns out to be even more funny. I don't care if no one get 'Rex Dart, Eskimo Spy' I thought it was hilarious, the Orville Popcorn skit is pretty damn funny too. In the theater they are perfect. This is classic cheese alone. A freind of mine who saw this un MST3Ked laughed his head off at the movie, he has yet to see the MST3K version of it (he is a fan though). While probably not the cheesiest Godzilla movie ever (Godzilla vs. Monster Zero with Godzilla in space and breakdancing like Adolfo Shabba-Doo it takes the cake) it is certainly in the top 5. The cheese, the riffs, and the host segments give it final rating as one of the greatest. FINAL GRADE: *****

I don't have every episode, I don't even have half. In fact I'll probably finish the first two seasons in a week, with my "collection".

Sorry it took so long. Introduction to my season 1 & 2 scale. You see the in the beginning, the show is like a on TV version of DVD commentary. You come for the movie and stay for the riffing. The quality of these early episodes matters on the cheesiness of movie. It’s really a Creature Feature show, and then some, I’m probably the only one that thinks this, but if only first 2 seasons aired, it would still probably be my favorite show because I’m such a fan of bad movies. But I think Josh said it best, in his review of Robot vs. Aztec Mummy
“The first movie they did, The Crawling Eye, had some very fun special effects and monsters. The story was cheesy but enjoyable. All of this came together and the episode was still rather watchable even with the sub-par riffing of that time period. The Robot vs. The Aztec Mummy is a very different movie. This movie cannot carry itself...”
So it will be a different scale EXCEPT non sci-fi or horror movies. Which includes Untamed Youth, Sidehackers, Wild Rebels, and Hellcats. (But right off the bat, I only have Sidehackers)
Plus I’ll show you how my two scales compare with Godzilla vs. Megalon, which most consider the first great episode of the series.
I’ve decided not to write my own synopsis, in case I missed a plot point or something, so I’ll link you to Don’s synopsis.

I've decided that my review is WAY too long and that I should probably sum up both the movie and episode in a paragraph.
Expect for me to start posting these tomorrow.
Upcoming Reviews: (probably all tomorrow) 101- The Crawling Eye 104- Women of the Prehistoric Planet 106- The Crawling Hand 202- Sidehackers

EPISODE 212- GODZILLA VS. MEGALON(Godzilla vs. Monster Zero with Godzilla in space and breakdancing like Adolfo Shabba-Doo it takes the cake) I disagree, Godzilla's flying scene in Smog Monster is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheesier than that.

I disagree, Godzilla's flying scene in Smog Monster is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheesier than that. I've seen Godzilla vs. Smog Monster very recently and it just doesn't hold up to GODZILLA BREAKDANCING. Although Godzila vs. Smog Monster is very cheesy, in fact my friend thinks it's the worst movie ever. Of course he hates MST3K, so he's an idiot.

Godzilla breakdancing is about as cheesy as Godzilla snapping his fingers IMO. At least Godzilla was having fun after being victorious. Godzilla flying puts every cheesy moment in the Godzilla series to to shame.

Firstly, I'm sorry it's taken me so long, I wanted to get all of the first season reviews in by last Sunday along with finish watching the rest of the second season. I only have 106-The Crawling Hand DVD review left, and season one overview for season one but I decided I would just post what I have to get started.
I've been very busy, end of the trimester and I'm failing 3 out of 5 classes. I KNOW I'll pass one just because I have all the work done I just haven't turned it in (Metals 3 projects), English the teacher is a bitch and has a thing against me (not an exaggeration, she named me her number one worst student), and finally Spanish (mainly because I missed a test when I skipped but Oh Well that's my fault).
But this isn't about bitching, this is about my enjoyment of MST3K, please read my reviews and enjoy.
