I've started reviewing my MST collection on my blog, in my usual long-winded (but oh so neatly categorized) fashion. Women of The Prehistoric Planet is up first, with Wild Rebels on the way. The link is the first link in my signature, down tharr... or here: sharpless.wordpress.com/mst3k-reviews/I'm sure this interests exactly two of you, but I hope those two are appreciative. Feel free to look at the other stuff on the blog too, he said shamelessly.

Count me as appreciative, whether or not I make comments in your blog. For whatever reason I'm addicted to reading episode reviews by other fans.

Oh, that's fine. Comments aren't necessary. I'm just glad someone is managing to get some sort of enjoyment out of it. I'm working on Wild Rebels now.

Very nice review! And by nice, I mean well-crafted and visually appealing, not nice as in "kind-hearted", heheh. I like the screen captures and your comments written on the pics. I'll look forward to more of your reviews. You are right, the movie and episode is pretty mundane. But I enjoy it well enough, within the parameters of its being a season one ep and the limitations of the fledgling show.
Cute thread title, BTW.

Looking forward to more
(In Servos' suave voice) And like a sweaty hog, we're reading Hugh Beaumont's weblog.
Btw, your review on Dead Man's Chest was pretty good. Though did you also notice that it seemed the writers ran out of stuff for Elizabeth to do once the 3 guys started fighting? They threw her into 'Bruckheimer Shrew' mode, and she just runs around yelling at them. I still stand by my promise that as long as he keeps producing movies, I shall never love a movie produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, nor enjoy one by Michael Bay.

Heh, I didn't notice that, but you're right. Maybe I was distracted by the fight actually being entertaining. I think it was probably the only really interesting, truly engaging sequence in the film, for the most part. (There were other moments that I liked, but no other entire sequences.)
Thanks for the kind words. The Wild Rebels review is taking a while because I have no will power, apparently.

Well, after much unnecessary procrastinating, the Wild Rebels review is finally up on my blog. For better or for worse.

I left a message for ya. Good work, maybe one day, when you write a bunch, I''ll include you in the Jury Room at my site. Yeah, that could be a while. I'm really terrible at doing these things in a timely fashion. Anyway, Lost Continent and Godzilla vs. Megalon will be coming up next. These might be slightly more positive reviews than the previous two. I hope.

I realize very few of you care, but what the hell. I'll keep updating this thread.
Lost Continent review! Finally! Done and posted. Things are looking up, as I'm starting to get into (in my opinion) the good episodes. I'm experimenting with adding different things to the reviews, as well as shifting some of the formatting, so bear with me.
Next up: the Godzilla films. Then I'll jump to season eight for a while.

Just in time for all your Halloween needs, Zombie Nightmare's review is up on my blog. It's a bit more graphic intensive than my previous reviews.

I was here while you were still in MST Board diapers, whippersnapper. Nay, when you were a forum fetus!

Okay... well... I made this Section what it is today. A place where 2 or 3 people a day stop by to view my "THINGS TO LOOK FOR" category on some of my reviews.
