I kinda liked League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Thought it was fun enough for a silly little action movie.
Thinking back to all those corny movies I would watch on cable in the 80's whenever they were on..... and I would watch any of these again right now if they were being shown on HBO27 or whatever.
My Chauffer Just One of the Guys Prime Risk (I think this had Clu Gulager as a bad guy) Hamburger - The Movie (really bad) The Experts (really bad plus Travolta = even worse)
I'm sure are tons more... but these are the first ones off the top of my head. Although Just One of the Guys and Prime Risk might actually be considered 'decent'.

Speaking of dumb action movies based on comic books, need to drop some love for the Blade trilogy. Sure, each film has it's own problem (the first is way too melodramatic, the second is over the top with it's action scenes, and the third is silly and cheesy) but damn do I have fun watching all three. Wesley Snipes has enough cool to pull the character off and some of the fights are pretty damn rousing. I'll probably tune in to the television series when it airs on Spike TV, but without Snipes as Blade, I have lingering doubts as to whether it will be as much fun. But who knows, might be good.

I love all Hal Needham/Burt Reynolds films, especially The Cannonball Run. I always get a big kick out of it when they make disparaging comments about Hal Needham on MST.

Guilty pleasures?
Most are in my DVD collection (see below)...but if I was to single one out...?
Phantom of the Paradise
And I kind of liked The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen....although the Dorian Gray bit and the ending was kind of hard to take.
It was still better than Van Helsing. <insert barfing icon>

I have to say that I did not mind "LEague of Extraordinary Gentlemen".....it was WAAAAAAY far-fetched and not anywhere near as good as I hoped it would be....but it does does have Sean Connery in it and he is a favorite actor of mine.

Okay, okay very good points. Lets see now, I just glanced at my DVD rack and typed in the first three movies that I saw. Now after dusting off my VHS cabinet and opening it I see.... The Soldier: Ken Wahl cold war thing about Arabs and Russians and well not sure exactly. Angel: A private schoolgirl by day and a hooker by night. Well for some reason I had a real crush on Donna Wilkes when I was a young teenage lad growing up. Tango & Cash: Kurt Russel, Sylvester Stallone & a young Teri Hatcher Invasion USA: Chuck Norris version. Staring Chuck Norris and all those guys ;D
