Boo Lois? What? I'm not making the connection to Spider-Man....is it a Marvel Vs. DC thing, and I just don't get it? It's a rather random and misplaced reference to Family Guy. He didn't even quote it right. It's "Boo Lois! Yay Beer!" Ah, the non-sequitter combined with my lack of knowledge of Family Guy combined for the utmost confusion. Well played, VH! This battle of wits is yours!

Heh. The funny thing Torgo, was that I saw this last night whilst looking up info for X-Men 3. He does look like a convincing Sandman though.

I think that THC will be a very good Sandman, however I hope to God that Dunst was wrong about Topher Grace playing Venom. Venom is one of my favorite characters and I don't want them to ruin him! I hope that Raimi knows what he's doing.

True, however I am worried that Raimi might have let the studios influence him into casting the most "marketable names" instead of who is appropriate for the role. I guess it really isn't important as long as the final product is good. After all there are a whole lot worse actors that could have been cast (Josh Hartnett, Steven Segal, Johnny Knoxville).

While Sideways was a popular film, I don't think anybody at Sony would consider Thomas Haden Church a "marketable name," so I wouldn't so much worry about that. As for Topher Grace, judging from In Good Company (which is a great movie, BTW), he's a good actor and I'm sure that whatever Raimi has in store for him, he will be great in. Besides, if the studio was pressuring for someone from That 70s Show, just thank god we didn't get Ashton Kutcher.
