I think I can second both mummi's and Worm's posts on JOB. I really wanted to make Number of the Beast vanish though. The Cat Who Walked Through Walls was feeling like a return to Heinlein's better days until NotB invaded it.
Should we start a Heinlein thread?

Some movies off of the top of my head that I know pissed me off were a) The Notebook - just an ungodly boring film, b) anything by Michael Moore, and c) Mesquito Coast - a stupendously boring film I watched when I was a kid that made me wish that VHS had never been invented (Siskel and Ebert LOVED this movie).

I just came back from seeing Cache....what a stupid and illogical film. How bad. A film where the characters act like complete idiots and nothing makes sense so the director can prop up some stale left-wing allegory about terrorism, French Colonialism, etc.
Stupid liberal guilt is always stupid. Never more so than here.

Oh, I thought you saw the preview for it and said it looked like crap. Maybe it was another movie? It was, but I don't remember what film.

Movies that make me mad the most resent one has to be Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. For some reason this movie just didn't sit well with me. I didn't mind the other Potter movies(my son is a big fan so I have to see them). All time one time movie that has to be Forrest Gump, could not believe this stupid movie won any Oscars, by the way if you don't know what is in a box of chocolates maybe it's time to read the box, idiots.

There's been a few. I would say "Radio" because everyone said it was sooooo good and in reality it was boring and stupid and dull and did I already say boring? Other movies that made me mad were: Star Trek: Nemesis (Kill Data, add 2 decks to the Enterprise, rip apart the crew, and oh yeah make a stupid stupid plot) Timeline (This movie just mocks the idea of time travel. "Hey lets go back in time, change whatever the heck we want and then come back and everything is fine!") War of the Worlds (2005) (So they buried machines thousands of years ago and we never found them? Add a pathetic Tom Cruise, a neurotic Dakota Fanning, and a terrible representation of the book and you get the worst movie of last year)

I know what you mean about War of the Worlds. Hey! Let's watch Dakota Fanning and Tom Cruise run, hide somewhere to watch something happen off screen, then run some more! Not to mention the that that he's so much of a pansy that he has to run to his ex-wife? And why the son is alive at the end and NOT EXPLAINED enrages me.

the recent War of the Worlds made me mad. anything with Rob Schneider in a starring role makes me mad. these constant, horrible remakes (i.e., House of Wax) make me mad.

House of Wax has earned my undying hatred as well.

House of Wax was worth it for me to see Paris Hilton die a horrible death. Same goes with the Austin Powers movie where Britney Spears' head blows up.

On so many levels Twister enrages me. Despite Jamie Gertz's presence....

Fahrenheit 9/11, mostly I am pissed at my Dad for taking me to that! I see him once a year if I'm lucky and he INSISTS on wasting time watching this one-sided piece of mierda.

Plus, a few stupid scenes that were not even in the book didn't forward the plot at all and made Hermoine look like a teenaged lunatic.
