Yep, it has a whack of tools. I've only ever used the noise reducer (to reduce audio hiss on vhs captures) and the volume adjuster (what I used to blank out Disembaudio).
It took a little playing to get used to Gold Wave, but once used to it, it works great.
Just to update. My process for mixing audio is: DVD Decrypter to get MPV and AC3 audio off DVD. Dump AC3 audio and RiffTrax MP3 into goldwave for mixing, then author DVD with TMPGEnc DVD Author.

Does DVD Decrypter make a single MPV and ac3 file from the original DVD? Or does it do it in sections like the VOBs that are on the disc? That was my biggest stumbling block with my method was when i tried to edit with the individual VOB files on the disc there would be frame errors at the ends. I finally found a proggie that will rip the DVD to one big VOB without any errors but as I said earlier I am always looking for better tools. --Ian

Yep, DVD Decrypter will give you 1 MPV file and 1 AC3 file...no file splitting.
Hint: Go to Tools, Settings, IFO Tab...make sure "Enable Stream Processing" is checked and make sure "File Splitting" is set to None. Now pop in your DVD and make sure you have it set for IFO Mode...DVD Decrypter will auto select the main title as you will see on the Input Tab. Click on the Stream Processing Tab. Basically you uncheck everything except for the top 2, which will be the Video and the next one down is your main AC3 file. Highlight the Video and check off "Demux", then highlight the Audio and check off "Demux". Press the button and when its done, you will have your M2V and AC3 file on your HDD. The biggest mistake here is forgetting to highlight Video and AC3 seperately and checking off "Demux"; you have to do it for each one!

I just used it to rip my Star Trek V dvd. To bad they don't update this software anymore. --Ian
