Firewall That has got to be one of my top few. Loads of funny lines, especially Mike & Kevin mumbling along like Harrison Ford. There were quite a few modern computer-fad references too (Strong Bad emails, etc), which was fun.

Road House
Been a loooong time since I'd seen this movie. I forgot what a disaster it is, but the Rifftrax was dang good. I do still generally prefer someone helping Mike out, but these solo efforts are excellent as well. Especially with strong movie choices.
I haven't checked out a Rifftrax yet that I wouldn't want to keep handy for easy listening, but this is definitely an essential.

Road House is brilliant, but I love the original movie too (despite its rubbishness).
The last one I saw was xXx which I didn't like at all. Waste of time.
EDIT: it was Point Break. Swayze = riff goodness.

Star Wars 1: The Phantom Menace - What a load of crap this movie is. Plenty of long stretches of boring dialog, allowing Mike and Kevin to spin their comic genius. A solid "A" in my book.

Firewall, the other day. I must say, the last couple I've seen, Kevin has kinda outshone Mike. This one was excellent too, a stupid cliched film ripped to pieces like it deserved to be.

LOTR - I prefer the riffers to take on bad movies. That said, this is an excellent effort and perhaps a good movie from time to time is a way to mix things up and keep it fresh.

I loved Firewall too. In fact it's only second to my all time favorite Riff-trax, Star Trek V.

Star Wars - Episode I
I listened to this with an old VHS tape I bought at a movie rental place a couple years after the move came out. It was hilarious - one of the best Rifftrax I've seen - but it defintely wasn't the version they were using. The Rifftrax version featured a much longer pod race scene, and messed with the synch.
If you have a more recent version of the flick, I'd check this out. It was fanastic even when I fought the remote trying to keep caught up.

I just got done watching Night of the Living Dead (NOTLD). I watched the Legend Films' dvd (not the rifftrax one, but they are the exact same), I found it new for $8. My first rifftrax with Mike Nelson's doing the commentary was good. He had good riffs on the movie. I read some negative comments that people had on Mike's riffs, either they liked NOTLD & hated Mike's jokes b/c something so holy as NOTLD should not be mad fun of, or they did not like the whole color thing. Well I liked it all, the color didn't bother me & Mike was very funny by himself. I give this a solid B+!
I also found the dvd "House on Haunted Hill" (with Mike's commentary), that will be my next rifftrax.
I will then give rifftrax.com a chance with Lord of the Rings (which I know that it will be great)!!!

I just watched the Carnival of Souls dvd that Legends Films put out with Mike's commentary. This was an intresting movie by itself, and Mike's riffs were really good. Another thing that made the whole viewing better was the movie took place in Lawernece, Kansas, which is not that far from where I live. I live in Missouri so I loved all the slams on Kansas. This was an A+ to me I loved it. On a side note: Candace Hilligoss, the star of the movie is really good looking to me, I don't know what it is about her but she is really hot.

Nestor - aside from the fact that it was short, I think this was my favorite one so far! It was so awesome, and gave me a great feeling just like the MST3k Christmas episodes. Some of the riffs were obviously planned out, but a lot of them had the great, spontaneous feel that I love. It was definitely worth the wait and the trouble to get.

Nothing wrong with fancying Ms. Hilligoss, my man. She was hot in that movie. I just finished Star Wars 1. Ouch. Great riffing though.

Well I've been paying for the rifftrax, but since I no longer have access to a home computer or a boom box, I haven't been able to listen to them. But thanks to a great human being coming to my rescue, my long national nightmare has ended.
Matrix was solid,
Star Wars was brilliant - one of their best ever.
and the Grudge really wasn't bad at all. I got a lot of big laughs out of it and I enjoyed it better than Top Gun or xXx - Better than advertised and I actually dug it more than the work on Matrix.
I hope to post reviews on my site soon.

Crossroads and part of RoF. My fiancee and me first tried RT tonight and dear lord we loved it. Dealing with the synch can be a bit of a pain but, you eventually get the hang of it. Phillipiano hooker lol. Excellent job by Mike. Now does anyone know if Battlefield Earth is ever being considered?

Now does anyone know if Battlefield Earth is ever being considered? It certainly has be suggested many times in the Official RiffTrax forum. So yeah, they are well aware that we want it. I think its one of those sought after, prime choice movies...much like Troll 2. Also, Mike did make reference in one of his interviews that they would riff it someday.
