Yeah, I don't know how we got this far without a Keanu Reeves title being riffed. And if I remember correctly, there's a very funny chapter about this film in Megacheese.

Supposedly, this is up there with Road House, as a classic Mike Nelson movie. I'm just surprised he didn't get to it more quickly.
