What's a movie that you would like Mike to Riff next? I have a few: Ultraviolet The Mummy (the newest one) Captain Ron Stargate

The Mummy was actually one of the options on the last poll, so you might be lucky, they have at least thought about it already.
I think they should do the animated Transformers movie to tie in with the new one coming out. I wouldn't mind Serenity, though I think a few would! And a good idea I saw on the rifftrax LiveJournal was if the could get Trace to join them for a normal commentary on MST3K the movie, since it's unlikely that we would ever get one otherwise.

Yes, I would love to see The Mummy riffed and Stargate.
I don't know why I liked both of those movies 'back in the day', but now I realize the cheesyness of them and they'd make for great rifftrax.
I have to disagree with Captian Ron. That movie is sort of a comedy and the movie doesn't take itself very seriously.

Here is a link to a fan riff for Serenity. I like it alot. eric261.tripod.com/mst3kserenity/mst3kserenity.htmlI would like Mike to do that one too. Just cause I love the movie.

I know that but Mike could make it even better.

See, I wouldn't want him to because I love the movie (and the show that spawned it) too much. I mean, it's bad enough that I have to go and critique it to bits in my mind. I don't want Mike's riffs running through my head next time I try to watch it.

You have a good point.

Of the four you've mentioned, I'd like to see 'The Mummy' done.

I wouldn't support Stargate. I like that movie too much.

They have to do the John Carpenter remake of "Village of the Damned". The original is my favorite movie (and I love the original novel), and I have never seen so much laziness/stupidity crammed into one movie as I did in John Carpenter's version. And to make it worse, it was filmed IN MY HOME TOWN! I can see my HOUSE in it! They remade my favorite movie in my own home and made it SUCK. I demand vengeance. Mike, hear my prayers!
Err, something like that.

Friday the 13th Friday the 13th Part 2 Friday the 13th Part 3 Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter Friday the 13th: A New Beginning Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhatten Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday Jason X Freddy vs. Jason
I can not stress this enough. Ever since RiffTrax was announced, I always retained hope that they'd go after the Friday the 13th series (especially Jason Lives, which is just begging for it Hobgoblins style). I've always loved the vibe that 80s movies put on for the crew. It's about damn time they take on the series that dominated it.
Also Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation, but that goes without saying.

I'm always going to be hoping to see Highlander II: The Quickening on the docket to be riffed. If any movie deserves it, it's that one.
