I'm going to say Marky, due to his tenure.
I am one of the few who can say that they bought the Ramones first album right when it came out. Creem magazine gave them such great reviews when the album was released that I knew I would love it. And I did. At least a decade of my delinquency followed.

Marky,
Got the Tommy style down and improved on it. He was in town a while back, jamming at a club. He is a very versatile, fast as hell too.
And sky, ahh Cream Magazine, what memories. Before the 'net or (early) MTV, it was the only real way to discover underground or lesser known bands (Rolling Stone sure wasn't giving that kind of coverage to those kind of bands back then) - Trouser press was a goodie for that too.

Notes: I'm a studio guy, which might seem funny to consider with a punk band, but it's like a small pebble in your shoe. It might look trivial but is a major irritant. Also, kudos to Rhino. They might have stumbled with some MST releases but their Ramones catalog -remastered and chock full O' extras- are amazing. I'm usually more of a studio guy too, but I've come to learn that the Ramones sounded better live. The context of that statement: It was meant as a lead-in directed towards their first album. Hence; it was such a poor production, that it would have been better had they simply recorded it live.
Funny, when that album came out it gave the group the reputation of being just another sloppy, raw punk band. Subsequent releases proved that not to be the case. The Ramones were a tight, talented group who played brilliantly live, and when done right (The, 2nd through 4th LPs) the studio work, the arrangements, were second to none.

My favorite album of theirs is "Too Tough to Die." Back in 8th grade I was crazy over the Ramones. I've watched Rock 'n' Roll High School a kabillion times, it used to be my abosolute favorite movie!
Sometimes simplicity is great =]

Well I combined my love of the Ramones and wrestling to create an amatuer music video for The Crusher off their final album. Can someone tell me if it's working for everyone else? If so, please leave feedback, here or there.
