Jackie Gleason - Music, Martinis, and Memories Man that takes me back to my childhood. My father loved Jackie Gleason's records. It was almost the sound track to my very young existance.

Jackie Gleason - Music, Martinis, and Memories Man that takes me back to my childhood. My father loved Jackie Gleason's records. It was almost the sound track to my very young existance. Doc, for better or worse, Collector's Choice Music (whose motto is there's never been an album so bad we can't reissue it) has released most of the Capitol catalogue of Mr. Gleason. Listening to it today, you'll hear jazz influences that you probably didn't notice back when you originally heard it. Bobby Hackett acted as his Trumpet Side Man, and was superb on all the songs he played on. www.ccmusic.com/I always check to see if I can get the item at Amazon, an Amazon merchant, or Ebay before I pay full price to CC Music.
