Link hereHanson, that terrible trio from Tulsa that gave us the 90's bubblegum pop hit Mmmbop has come out with a new CD and is trying to get back into the charts. They're also touring, be sure to miss them live! It turns out that they never broke up to begin with, unlike the Spice Girls. And, like the Backstreet Boys, they JUST WON'T GO AWAY.All I can say is... WHY!? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO US, MUSIC COMPANIES!? WHAT DID WE EVER DO TO YOU!?

I saw them on the Mike and Juliette show last week I think!
I thought they had all moved on, but I guess not. Man they were big amongst my 3rd grade class back in the day!

Another band I've always hated.
I remember reading a Rolling Stone article at the height of the Hanson-craze. At a concert, they had all these screaming 10-year-old fans. The Hanson mother said, "It's just like the Beatles" and the writer replied, "More like New Kids On The Block." LOL

You know, considering how long they've been musicians, it's possible they may grow up to be a decent band someday. They just need to have a couple of divorces, a few trips to rehab, and they'll be set!

I've never enjoyed Hanson, but I don't think they deserve the hatred they get.
Unlike the New Kids, Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, and every other flash-in-the-pan corporate pop crap, these guys play their own instruments and write their own songs. Not good songs, mind you. But original songs, at least.

It has little to do with the music companies. They're musicians and they make music, whether you or I like it or not. They've evolved into a much more mature band, from what I've heard. I'm sure they're not exactly The Beatles, naturally, but let's curb the overreaction. I'm with Atari on this one.

BURN THEM! KILL THEM ALL! MAKE THE WORLD SUFFER! FLOOD THE CONTINENTS, SHORT-SHEET THE BABIES, CLOTHE THE NUDISTS! MUAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!
Oh, wait... overreaction.
Meh. I wasn't crazy about them when they came out. I have no desire to hear them again. The only reason I heard them to begin with was that a girl I was trying to date loved them... meh. No biggie.
