I'm now reading past posts on Mary Jo's blog and I am delighted by it. I almost spit soda all over my keyboard from laughing when I read this, from Mary Jo's experience at an artsy coffe shop: Here’s a snippet, and I quote: “I identified with the refugees I photographed because of my own abandonment issues when my father left our family.” Oh. No. You. Did. Not. Just. Say. That. Hilarious. Lol, I had just read that after following the link on the op and I was coming back to comment on it! Funny stuff.

I'm just picturing Mary Jo upon hearing that, with the same "oh no you didn't" expression she wore while that insane science fiction critic was blasting MST on that talk show.

Haha, oh that aspartame will get 'cha!
Well, that's the most detail I've heard, and it was interesting to hear about what's happening!

She was just being facetious. She's not writing another book at this time. RAD What, there's not really going to be a book about her trip to San Francisco? Dangit.

What she was referring to wasn't about a book detailing her SF experience, she was making a joke about posting such a mundane subject such as how her reservation got cancelled, waiting in the airport, etc etc and writing a book about said mundane experience so even more people could be bored by the lifeless subject. Sounds like she is having a real BLAST to be doing this stuff with her old friends again. Good for her. And I have a feeling good for ALL OF US, TOO!!! I think this is gonna be pretty well worth the wait.
